Fall Semester is almost


here!
The first day of school is fast approaching! Here at
Lincoln Memorial, our dedicated faculty and staff have been
working tirelessly trying to get everything ready for our 20162017 students. Thanks to a generous grant, our English
Department has received $10,000 in state-of-the-art
educational software that we are sure kids will love! Be sure to
attend one of our Family Nights this year to see what
wonderful things your children will be learning about!

This year, students will be placed through
rigorous, standards-based curriculum as
part of an ongoing campaign to prepare

Lincoln High School students will b e using
state-of-the-art software this year, which
will assist with achieving higher
standards.

KidBiz 3000
Students will be reading rigorous informational texts in
order to build reading, writing and thinking skills. The
Achieve 3000 software has been nationally recognized
as one of the leading differentiation technologies
available to date Achieve 3000.com

Endnote X7
Students will use critically acclaimed publisher
Thomson Reuters innovative software Endnote to
reach deeper levels of comprehension, as well as
develop healthy research and citation habits for projectbased learning.

Creative Cloud
Adobe has been at the forefront of educational
technology for some time. This year, students will be
utilizing Adobes premier digital editing software,
Creative Cloud, to work hands-on with industry standard
technology and innovative cloud-based editing
software.
