TIMOG-ASYANO: TRANSCENDING BOUNDERIES AMONG ASEAN
COUNTRIES THROUGH SPORTS.

14th
NCR
JPIALYMPICS

HATAW
TIMOG-ASYANO:
TRANSCENDING BOUNDERIES AMONG ASEAN COUNTRIES
THROUGH SPORTS. is a non-academic event to be participated by
local chapters from the four districts of the region that are accredited
by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and members of the
National
Federation
of
Junior
Philippine
Institute
of
Accountants National Capital Region (NFJPIA-NCR).
This event will be in a form of a sports fest that will showcase the
spirit of sportsmanship of the members. This also aims to promote
camaraderie and teamwork among the members through a friendly
competition.
Project Objectives
14th
NCR
JPIALYMPICS

HATAW
TIMOG-ASYANO:
TRANSCENDING BOUNDERIES AMONG ASEAN COUNTRIES
THROUGH SPORTS. aims to:
represent ones school to other local chapters
showcase the skills of the local chapter members in the
field of sports

promote camaraderie among the members of the

participating local chapters and among the members
themselves
integrate teamwork and sportsmanship among the local
chapter members
unlock the creativity and resourcefulness of local chapter
participants

Theme Description
The local chapter members have shown their spirit of
sportsmanship through their camaraderie in the field of sports. This
has been a medium for them to showcase the holistic development of
the JPIANs. Also, this years theme is based on the eight (8) ASEAN
countries. It aims to celebrate ASEAN integration, and Philippines
international affiliation to the ASEAN Economic Community. Leveling
the field in the ASEAN member nations towards greater opportunities is
a similar goal of the member schools of the NFJPIA-NCR. Honing the
spirit of sportsmanship among JPIANs should transcend beyond
competitiveness by developing strong bonds among students.
Some accustomed games from last years JPIAlympics will still be
included in the event with the addition of some major games and Mga
Palarong Timog- Asyano. The main attraction for this event will be the
Search for Mr. & Ms. ASEAN 2016, and the ASEAN Cultural Dance
Competition.
Date and Time
This event will happen on November 20 and 27, 2016 from
8:00 am 9:00 pm at the different venues inside the University of
Perpetual Help System DALTA Las Pinas.
