AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

I, ATTY. EMILIA CONCEPCION D. SEVERINO, of legal age,

single, Filipino, and office address at ECSeverino Law Office, 2 nd
Floor, Junction 1, National Highway, Brgy. San Miguel, Puerto
Princesa City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:
1.

That I am duly appointed Executive Director of Palawan

International Chamber of Employers Commerce Industry, Inc.
(PICECII), a non-profit, non-stock corporation duly registered
with the Securities and Exchange Commission;

2.

That the principal business address of the above corporation

is at 2nd Floor, Junction 1, National Highway, Brgy. San
Miguel, Puerto Princesa City;

3.

That PICECII is just sharing the said office space with me and
that I am the contracting party as lessee in the Contract of
Lease entered into between me and the building owner;

4.

That in view of the above, PICECII is not paying any rental

fee to the building owner and that said rental fee is all on my
account;

5.

That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
