Undesirable Behavior: off task-talking, incomplete work, practicing incorrect role play, on electronic devices.

Desirable Behavior:
Complete work in time limits
Remain silent while independently working
Listen to teacher and peers when they are talking
talk on topic within groups,
listen when others are talking
ask questions
actively engaged
Types of positive reinforcements:
1. Immediate- every 10 minutes of all students on task activity a letter will be revealed
2. On the wall, the empty spaces will show the amount of time they need to be on task
3. Village-with different areas down at the bottom such as flower shop, restaurant, card making.
4. Keep a silent timer going and at the end of every 10 minutes, I will put a new letter up quietly so it reduces
distractions but they can still see the progress.
Interactive Learning Activities:
The students will divide up into interests and focus directly on their role. During the process of receiving letters and staying
on task, the students will learn how to work with customer service, sell/maintain/arrange flowers, use their crafting abilities
to make cards for different holidays/events/occasions, learning how to cook healthy and easy foods, and learn how to
handle money. While we are reaching towards that goal, some of the students will being brain storming ideas for the flyers.
Eventually they will come up with a final class consensus on the flyer and there will be room left for the date. Two weeks
(so the students can start marketing the idea and telling the school) after theyve filled in all of the blanks, the students will
be able to sell flowers, lunches, and holiday/greeting cards at a booth during lunches for a few days to students and faculty.
HOW to teach behavior: Modeling: I do, do you we do, videos, scripts, practice, teach each of them, showing examples and
non examples
HOW to teach plan: I will go over the ideas with the students. Then, I will show them how the village and process to get
there will be. Next, I will go over each role within the village and what it will take to do that part and the different
interactions the job will have. As a class we will go over each role and potential conversations. We will work on roles by
reading scripts out loud and working in pairs eventually (working on hand motions and facial expression recognition). There
will be rules such as do not interrupt and while others are talking and as a class we will choral respond the rules and also
have a visual of the rules around the class to remind them. I will wander around the room and listen to the conversations to
make sure they are staying on task, and are using the correct social skills
Provide Options: Generalization- in different career areas, different final reinforcement activity
