Work Permit from Kuwait and joining Family Permit to be

stamped by the Embassy


If you hold a British Passport or a NON British Passport but you are
resident in the UK you will need to submit the following documents:1-

Your passport which must be valid for at least 6 months.

2-

A recent UK general medical report issued by your GP, not more


than 3 months ago. giving results of each of the tests listed below
and also describing the general health to show the applicant is fit
for work in Kuwait.
Candidates with positive results considered (Unfit).

A criminal record certificate. It should be issued after the date of


issue of the work permit or joining family permit from Kuwait.
The criminal record certificate should be legalised by the Foreign
and Commonwealth Office in UK.

For all children up to the age of 18, a recent letter from GP


confirming the vaccinations listed below have been given.

at different rates + 15.00 fee for legalisation of criminal records
certificate.

10 - A self-addressed stamped registered envelope if applying by post.

N.B: Kindly note that all the documents required should be a


duplicate set One Original and One Photocopy.
