We start this project with the name of ALLAH who is most benefit & merciful, & who gives us
the ability & potential to accomplished this task & also gave us the command on this subject,
which is impossible without ALLAHs permission.
Than we thank our parents who always give us support & our respectable teachers specially
our most respectable & worthy teacher MR. HASSAN JABBAR who gave us complete
attention & taught us their skills about Management. Last but not the least , we thank to all
the Mangers & Employees of TOYO Group Of Industries who help us in collecting data at
their best level.
TOYO always focuses on product quality. During the design and production procedures,
the ISO9001 International Quality Control System and American International Award have
strictly monitored it. Additional, TOYO in possession of a powerful & country wide after
sale service team which ensure avoiding and solving the problems for the whole process of
production, transport and usage.

MISSION:

PLANNING METHODOLIGIES:
Planning is one of the most important element for doing any activity. The CEO of TOYO group
of Industries says that they plan at every minute in order to achieve their Goals & for the
effective performance of their organization , covering all potential & economical situations.
TOYO group of Industries planned wisely and widely to cover all the aspects of the latest
market to compete the competition in the manufacturing field. Ch. Iftihar Ahmed, the CEO of
TOYO group of Industries said that they want to expand the range and style of products &
provides finest quality of TOYO INDUSTRIES to fully compete with the international
market. So they always keep in touch with their employees and gain up to date knowledge of
market conditions. Toyo manufacturing department duty is to know the consumers demand and
choice so they can planed according to them. Since from its beginning, TOYO group of
Industries want to polish themselves in every product they design and manufacture and they do
so by introducing new products time to time.
IMPLEMENTATION:
After planning they organize the activities like which kind of people are required and the
process that would be controlled by them under which situations are being handled. They are
hiring more efficient staff and mangers for implementation of strategies they have planned.
They build a new plant and install new imported machines for manufacturing of their latest
products.
EVALUATION:
TOYO now start working on its new project. They invest a specific amount of money on it and
also they have imported the latest machinery in to their organization for manufacturing the
products.

COMPETITORS:
TOYO group of industries are established in 1995 producing plastic furniture at that time. It
worked for 5 years with his partner. But in year 2000, due to some reasons one part of TOYO
separates from it and appears as competitor in the market with the brand name of BOSS.
Super Asia and Citizen also the major competitors of TOYO industries. The CEO of TOYO
said that they keep their margin level low in order to keep the customers in touch, establish the
great position in the market continually and receive positive response from the customers.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
The formal arrangements of jobs within the organization is known as Organizational Structure.
Jobs are arranged within the organization according to the following manner:
Work Specialization:
It refers to the the process in which task & goals are divided into sub-divided departments.
In TOYO group of industries, job are properly divided into sub-divided departments according
to their abilities & skills. Every job is divided into further steps performed by each individual.
For example in production department those people are working who are highly skilled and in
sales department those people are working who are fully confident and have ability to handle
sensitive situations regarding sales matters. Due to this division , TOYO performed their jobs
efficiently & effectively.
FORMAL STRUCTURE:
Organizations have a formal structure which is the way that the organization is organized by
those with responsibility for managing the organization. They create the formal structures that
enable the organization to meet its stated objectives.
Often these formal structures will be set out on paper in the form of organizational charts.
DEPARTMENTALIZATION:
In TOYO there are five Departments in which works or individuals are grouped
together. They are as follow:

Marketing Department
Sales Department
Executive Body Department
Stores Department

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT:
This department tells us about the capacity & amount of the products produced in organization.
In TOYO group of Industries, people are highly efficient & skilled who knows that how a
product is produced in how much quantity
MARKETING DEPARTMENT:
Marketing department sets the goals regarding the manufacturing of the products. In TOYO, the
employees duty in this department is to analyze the market demand and report to their head
according to it and also they promote of their products through media to the ordinary people.
SALES DEPARTMENT:
Sales department involves selling the products. It is divided according to the domestic and
international level. The duty of this department is to selling the products to their clients and to
the market to their customers or dealers.

Informal structure develops in most organizations which is based on the reality of day-to-day
interactions between the members of the organization. This informal structure may be different
from that which is set out on paper.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE:
Nothing is more certain than change The ability to manage that change effectively, especially in
any organization, is critical. The effects of change can be negative or positive.
In TOYO, Organization manage change most effectively when alert to its impact upon staff.
They establish an environment of trust through open-door policies, tools allowing two-way
feedback and most importantly the willingness to listen non-defensively to all feedback, even
when critical. They first assess employee knowledge and skill level to determine their readiness
for change. If they found wanting, then they first give appropriate training setions to meet the
demands of the new change or innovation. They try to processes new skills among the
employees. They give rewards to their employees so that their employees can be motivated.

LEADERSHIP STYLE:
CENTERALIZATION AND DECENTRALIZATION:
Decision-making is about authority. A key question is whether authority should rest with
senior management at the centre of a business (centralized), or whether it should be delegated
further down the hierarchy, away from the centre (decentralized).in an organization every
employee must have the right to share their ideas and view on any matter and then decisions are
made by selecting best points.
In TOYO, mostly decisions are made by CEO along with the senior employees by holding
meetings
FORMALIZATION:
Formalization is the extent to which rules and procedures are followed in an organization. In
TOYO, many rules have been made by the organization for their worker regarding their jobs
that what to do and how to do. Workers or Employees follow these rules in order to contribute
their efforts in achieving the organizational goals. These rules also show how employees were
rewarded for their jobs.
DEMOCRATIC STYLE:
The democratic leadership style consists of the leader sharing the decision-making abilities with
group members by promoting the interests of the group members and by practicing social
equality.
. In TOYO Leadership Style is democratic. Group Discussions are being held in which
employees share their ideas & views. However, guidance & control by a specific leader is still
practices in the organization to obtain the best results in the organization.

MOTIVATIONAL ENVIRONMENT:
Motivation is not just about performance, but the vitality, energy, and deep feeling of well-being
generated when the basic psychological needs are being satisfied in the process of pursuing a
goal or doing a task.
EFFECTIVENESS OF ORGANIZATIONAL
COMMUNICATION:
Effective organizational communication focuses on open and direct relationship between
employees and managers in organizations, thereby resulting in improvement of their
commitment, productivity and organizational performance.
Organizational communication entails enduring force that brings together all organization
members and leads them towards achieving the set goals. In TOYO Group of Industries, the

process of communication is very effectives. Employees communicate with each other to share
their problems according to their tasks. There is also very effective communication among the
Employees & the managers. Employees discuss their new & ideas with the top level
management, & Managers gives positive respone to them so that they can be motivated &
performed their tasks & job efficiently.
TYPES OF CONTROL:
FINANCIAL CONTROL
Financial control provides such information that is highly important for the Organizations
shareholders and other stakeholders to verify the Organizational activities. Ensuring of the
reliability of the Companys financial reporting is therefore conducive to the sustainment and
enhancement of societys confidence in the Company. Conversely, incorrect financial reporting
may cause not only unexpected loss to a number of stakeholders, but also significant damage to
confidence in the Company.
TOYO Group of Industries, follows basic financial principles are followed to obtain the trust
& confidence of the General Public as well as the shareholders & Stakeholders.

OPERATIONAL CONTROL
Operational control refers to reduce costs by making your business environmentally & socially
responsible, conduct better demand forecasting, project manage production processes & more!
TOYO Group of Industries follows the basic operational principles in which they reduces their
cost to improve the efficiency & also to create the atmosphere of social responsibility.
ETHICAL DILEMMAS
Ethical dilemma is a complex situation that often involves an apparent mental conflict
between moral imperatives, in which to obey one would result in transgressing another.
Handling ethical decisions with wisdom is especially important for an organization given the
potentially devastating effects these companies may face if such issues aren't handled
correctly.Common type of Ethical Dilemmas include health & safety, Technology, Fair
Working Conditions .
In TOYO Group OF Industries, there are few ethical dilemmas conditions which are efficiently
handled by the managers. First they analyze the consequences, then analyze the actions and
make a final dicision to overcome these issues. Managers try to protect the Whistle Blowers so
that they cannot reveal out the data & information about the organization to the outsiders.

EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT
Employee empowerment is a strategy and philosophy that enables employees to make decisions
about their jobs. Employee empowerment helps employees own their work and take
responsibility for their results. Employee empowerment helps employees serve customers at the
level of the organization where the customer interface exists.
In TOYO Group of Industries, top level managers adopt the traits of good leader & promotes
employee empowerment. They acknowledge employee achievements & open doors to
employees. They try to give some or their power in favour of their employee autonomy so that
they employee can feel the atmosphere of trust .
