Introduction:

One of the most important aspects of business leadership is vision. Vision is the goal of
what the business would like to become which evokes a common vision of the future,
sketches the journey to achieve that vision, identifies critical milestones along the way,
creates a clear path for employees to follow and defines success in observable terms.
(Marzec, 2013, pp 26) Without vision the company would be lacking direction. Having
vision within leadership allows a business to have a path in which inspires individuals
within the company to follow. Essentially, it paves the path that guides the company to
success. In order for a vision to be successful it must evoke pictures in the mind, suggest
future orientation, imply a standard of excellence, and have a quality of uniqueness.
