Lagoyag Fire Inspector Cesar Avila and a new fire inspector unnamed. We posted the following on each door, 1.Do not
enter, unsafe. 2. Cover letter stating not to occupy building after 1/31/16 at 11:59 PM. 3. A list of substandard
violations found at this property.
2-2-16, Site visit with Senior Ed Labayog, and property mangers from 1919 Market St. we all walked entire building
together and determine entire building is vacant at this time.

The terminate utilities letter was prepared, but not sent to PG & E. First, there were still occupants that were allowed to
stay until 1/31/16 per the granting of an appeal by the owner for more time prior to vacation. Second, they needed
power to do the emergency electric repairs under permit per the terms of their compliance plan. Finally, when the
building was vacated, I asked Joel Garcia (our subject matter expert who inspected the premises) whether there was a
need to send the termination letter to PG & E and his reply was negative, as he believed the issue of safety was the
demand on the electric system. With the building then being unoccupied, that was no longer an issue.
