AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement is made and executed by and between:
REGINA RAQUION-ZAMBRANO GOWN HAUZ, a sole
proprietorship/partner which is organized and existing by
virtue of Philippine laws principal business address at Door
#4 Mayon Emporium Bldg., Ramons Santos St., Legazpi City,
4500, hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR. Said
business is represented in this transaction by its proprietress
Mrs. Regina R. Zambrano.
-andMs. LiezelMimayand Mr. Melvin Ibabaoboth of legal age,
Filipino and Swedish, single and with residences at Metro
Manila, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT.
WITNESSETH: That
WHEREAS, the CLIENT is in need of a couturier, cloth maker
and gown house which shall make/rent-out, supply and deliver
wedding gowns, tuxedo and other wedding paraphernalia;
WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR has presented to the CLIENT
that is a competent couturier and gown house that has the
technical and financial capacity to make/rent-out, supply deliver
sets of tuxedo, bridal gowns and other wedding paraphernalia in
accordance with the textile, design and specifications by the
CLIENT;
WHEREAS, on the basis of such representation by the
CONTRACTOR, the CLIENT decided to engage the service of the
CONTRACTOR;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing
premises, the parties have agreed as follows:
1. The CONTRACTOR, for a consideration of TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND
BRIDAL PACKAGE (Php 200,000.00), Shall
deliver to the CLIENT the following:
a. One (1) Bridal Gown with Peticot and Bridal veil.
b. One (1) Maid of Honor Gown.
c. Four (4)Secondary Gowns.
d. Three (3) Bridesmaid Gowns.
e. Three (3) Flower Girls Gowns.
f. Eight (8) Sets Coat for Adult
g. Three (3) Sets Coat for Kids
h. One(1) Set Coat for the Groom
i. Two (2) Sets of Coat for Male Parents
j. Two (2) Gowns for Female Parents

k. Bridal Accessories: Chord, Veil, Ribbon, Garter,

Candles
and 2 Pillows
2. The materials, designs and colors shall be in accordance with
the line specifications of the CLIENT. The CONTRACTOR warrants
the availability of the materials sufficient in volume to meet
requirements of the CLIENT.
3. The CONTRACTOR shall at its own expense provide all the
necessary clothing, materials and labor and all things, objects and
services required or proper in the execution of this Agreement.
Also, the CONTRACTOR shall at its own expense cause the taking
of the body measurements of the CLIENT, their parents and
wedding entourage at the CONTRACTORs office.
4. The total contract price of PESOS:TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND BRIDAL PACKAGE (Php 200,000.00), inclusive of
VAT shall be paid by the CLIENT to the CONTRACTOR in
accordance with the following schedule:

Aside from the contract price above provided, upon pick-up by the
CLIENT of all items, the latter shall deposit to the CONTRACTOR
the amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 5,000.00) which shall
be used as security deposit in case the rented-out items are
returned with damage.
The security deposit shall be answerable for the repair of the
damage done to the rented-out wedding items and the remainder,
if any, shall be returned to the CLIENT. In case however the
damage to the rented-out wedding items far exceed the security
deposit, the CLIENT hereby bind themselves to pay the
CONTRACTOR the amount necessary in order to fully repair the
damage items. For this purpose, the CONTRACTOR shall provide
the CLIENT with a billing detailing the materials, labor and amount
needed for the repairs.
If the rented-out wedding items are returned without any damage,
the security deposit shall be returned to the CLIENT in full.
5. The CONTRACTOR shall make available for pick-up at its office
all the wedding items on _______________ or three (3) days before
the scheduled date of the wedding. The CLIENT hereby waives
any claim or action against the CONTRACTOR in case the date of
the wedding is changed without informing the CONTRACTOR at
least one (1) week before the new schedule.

6. The CLIENT shall have the right to request the CONTRACTOR to

make repairs on any of the wedding items picked-up if it does not
conform faithfully with the specifications agreed upon and/or
measurements of the CLIENT, their parents and wedding
entourage. The CONTRACTOR shall make proper adjustments
and/or repairs at its own account to conform with said
specifications and
7. The CONTRACTOR shall execute and deliver faithfully all its
undertakings herein and all adjustments and/or repairs shall be
done within a period of ________ days from date of delivery of the
items to be repaired or as may be reasonably specified by the
CLIENT.
8. All rights and obligations of the CONTRACTOR and the CLIENT
herein cannot be assigned or transferred to any third person
without the express written consent of the both parties to this
agreement.
9. Any suit or action that may be arise by reason of this
Agreement shall be brought only in the proper Courts of Legazpi
City to the exclusion of all other venue.
10. In case any provision of this agreement is declared illegal, null
or void, the same shall not affect the other provisions which have
not been so declared.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Agreement to
be signed on this 27th day of June , 2016 in Legazpi City.

This Agreement for couture/rent-out of wedding gowns and
paraphernalia has four (4) pages which has been signed by the
parties and their instrumental witnesses on each and every page
hereof.
