Operations management of a 225-server large contact center. The infrastructure included 1,400 desktop computers along with
routing and communications equipment. Support of internal and external functions through a centralized helpdesk across the
campus. Also Participation as an ISO 9000 auditor.
Designed and built a new 18,000 square foot datacenter with redundant environmental support systems.
Developed and managed budgets in the excess of $4.7M to support the build out of datacenter.
