services necessary for the various meetings and conferences, including those external to
CMS; collates power point presentations and background documents as well as compiles,
edits, and distributes relevant agenda and background information.

Monitors and tracks key deliverables and reports on the progress to CAG management.

Provides clarification and guidance to CAG staff and managers in preparing, reviewing, and
maintaining the assigned time and attendance records through ITAS for CAG.

Consistently provides program and administrative updates to the Director, including updates
on, scheduling items, emerging issues, upcoming official travel, policy related, and other
pertinent issues.

Serves as the lead for the Groups administrative budget. Produces, compiles and reviews
travel, supply and training budget requests.

Assists in the development of coverage-related guidance documents and other policy


documents.
