ABSTRACT:
In early stage, the human being invented vehicle mainly for transporting
purpose. It became very essential for the life of the people. About 98% of
people use smoke emitting vehicle for the commercial purpose and transporting.
Due to this the environment is severely damaged by the exhaust pollutions. In
our world the major problem or challenge is to reduce or control the vehicle
emission. The exhaust gases like CO, CO 2, NOX (oxides of nitrogen)and
Hydrocarbons are toxic in nature. Among the above gases carbon monoxide is
more toxic compared to other polluted gases. So our main aim is to reduce the
carbon monoxide emitted from the vehicle. Though there are several method is
reduce the carbon monoxide
and hydrocarbon emission. One of them is
catalytic converter. It converts carbon monoxide as carbon dioxide and
hydrocarbon as water and nitrogen. But this method is more expensive because
they use platinum, palladium and rhodium as their catalyst. They are rich metal
and cost high. To overcome this problem we introduce a new model called
water based hydro silencer. The exhaust carbon monoxide and hydro carbons
react with soft water and get reduced. And then it is released to in to the
atmosphere. Our project is not fully control the carbon monoxide and
hydrocarbons we reduce a small amount of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons
using soft water. So this method is very cheap and effective compare to other
pollution control system
