Aion Levelling Guide

The Elyos Path

Introduction
This is a free guide and is not for sale, rent, or other forms of for-profit distribution.
This guide is designed to show you what, in my opinion, is the fastest way to level a new character from
levels 1 to level 65. While faster methods may be available for alts (for instance, grind NTC solo with a
merek 200% amulet), these methods are fast enough for any player to reach level 65 in a matter of a
few days.
While it is entirely possible to get to 65 free, using an innocent merek pet egg ($5 on the black cloud
marketplace) will make the process much faster and easier. Only use its XP buffs in instances.
This is a levelling guide. It is not a guide to teach you how to play your class.
This guide was written in June 2015, after Aion 4.8 launched. It intentionally avoids the Abyss as this will
be changing in 4.9. The further you are from the publication date, however, the more likely this guide
will be inaccurate. I do not have plans to further update this guide.

Phase I Quests
Levels 1-10 Poeta
Level 1
When you spawn in the world, the best way to level is to grind. Kill 5 Sparkies around you to reach level
2.

Level 2
Continue north and kill about 5 level 2 mobs to reach level 3.

Level 3
At level 3 youll learn some new skills. Press k to pull them up and drag them to your quickbar.

Continue north to a river and grind mobs here until youre level 4.

Level 4
Speak with Madeline (Right click on her). Pick up A House Guest.

Then were going to want to switch servers. Click on the little running man icon (2 icons right of C+=) to
switch to the standard server.

Turn in the quest to Ellino (right click to talk), pick up Message to Madeline and then return to the fast
track. Turn in Message to Madeline.

Speak with Daevrunerk and select Expand Cube. He will give you more inventory.

As were are skipping pretty much all quests in this zone, it is suggested to go into the south building. Buy
the armor available for level 5, as well as the weapon available for level 4. Well equip it when we hit it.

Head north out of town past a lake to get to a path in the woods. Youll find Everglade Sylphens at the
entrance. Grind them to level 5.

Level 5
Continue grinding Sylphlens while you head east to reach level 6.

Level 6
Continue east and you should get to a camp.

Speak with Nebrith to pick up her pink quest. These quests are quick turn ins that give you good
consumables, and later will give equipment to level with. Head east into a mine and kill Dukaki as you go
in to reach level 7.

A large Dukaki (Outlaw) is worth 1.5 times the credit.

Level 7
Continue grinding Dukaki in the mine as you head to the northwest exit to reach level 8.

Level 8
Head west along the Agaric Spore Road. There are some Shade Fungen to ignore on the road. We are
looking for the Pincerhead Sparkies. Grind them to level 9.

Level 9
Whether you love or hate grinding, head back East to Pernos and speak with him to update Ascension.

He will then teleport you to an island. Press i to open your inventory and right click on the potion
bottle to fill it up.

Walk east on the road to get to Daminu, who is a tree with a face. He has two trees around him.

Update Ascension at him and he will teleport you back to Pernos. Speak with Pernos to teleport. Then
head up and speak with Belparten to fly around a bit.

Then kill 4 Raiders and Orrisan.

Pernos will reappear. Select your subclass from him.

He will return you to Poeta. Speak with him to update A Ceremony in Sanctum and then tell him that
you are ready to depart.
Head north and speak with Leah.

Make your way north to the Elyos square and then head southwest into Lycecum. Speak with Jucleas to
update A Ceremony in Sanctum.

Then head out of his room and speak with whoever your preceptor is to turn in the quest, receive a
really good weapon, and reach level 10.

Level 10
Speak with your Preceptor again to pick up Dispatch to Verteron. Head west to find another Nebrith to
grab some more pink quests.

Return to Leah and pick up Leahs Loneliness. Then head into the square to speak with Letia.

Pick up Pampered Pets and speak with Unos.

Then pick up The Pleasure of Pets and speak with Amis. This is a quick way to get nearly half a level.
Head southeast to the Hall of Prosperity and speak with Heerunerk to expand your cube one more time.

Then return to Leah and head south to speak with Polyidus. Select to teleport to Verteron just south of
Sanctum.

In Verteron, head into the building just left of the biggest building in town. Turn in Dispatch to
Verteron to Hyacinte to reach level 11.

Levels 11-23 Verteron

Level 11
Speak with Spatalos to turn in Terrain of the Verteron Citadel and pick up Fragments in the Sky.
Then speak with Hyacinte to pick up Undelivered Armor.
Head north. In the building right in front of the northwest stairs, speak with Sagirunerk to update
Undelivered Armor.

Then to the building south, speak with Nadelo to turn it in.

Pick up An Honest Merchant. Then head to the north gates. Speak with Kairon to update Fragments
in the sky.

Now were going to fly! Look up to the center of the citadel. To fly, press Pageup. Press your forwards
key and you will move towards the direction youre facing. Pagedown will drop your wings and you will
fall.

Speak with Hypnos on the platform above the citadel to update your quest.

Then kill 3 Abyss Fragments around the center.

Return to Kairon to turn in your quest.

Head north outside of the fort and kill 5 sharphorn starcrabs. To loot them, right click their corpse.

Continue north and kill 4 Starturtles in the lake to loot their shells.

Return to the main building in town to turn the quest in to Hyacinte and reach level 12.

Level 12
In town, a number of quests pop up. Speak with Spiros (he walks around) to pick up Suspicious
Symbols, William (outside the main building) to pick up Lobnite Hunt, Ivnis (next to the armor
merchant from earlier) to pick up Decorative Weapons, and Anaka (near teleporter) to pick up
Polluted Fountainhead. Then head out of the town and kill 9 Spiral Lobnites.

Make your way north and kill 5 Spies and Laborers. These mobs will aggro each other, so only kill the
ones alone. Loot their symbols.

Continue north to the lake and kill 6 Airons in it.

In the water, gather 5 crystals. Theres only 3, so you may need to do other stuff and return here.

Head west and on the shore kill 6 slinks.

Return to town to turn in your quests and reach level 13.

Level 13
Speak with Manos to pick up A Fathers Letter.

Then head northeast out of town. Follow the path east to Tolbas Village and turn in the quest to Qydro.

Pick up Belbua is Missing from him, Pumpkin Season from the Chef to the South, and Prey for the
Lepharists from Abolos on top of the hill. Then head west to get to Nola (a scarecrow).

Pick up Nolas Request from him. Gather 7 pumpkins around Nola.

Then kill 10 Peons.

Make your way north. Kill 9 thieves on the way, making sure to loot one for Belbuas Diary.

There is a little house to the north. Head inside it and kill Cavil.

Inside it, on the south side, right click the paper on the wall. Youll receive an item in your special cube.
Right click it to pick up a quest well do later.

Return to Nola to turn your quest in and then head to town to turn your quests in to reach level 14.

Level 14
Update Frill of a Fuss at Leto.

Speak with the chef at the bottom of the hill to pick up Feeding Hianu. Then head south into the
woods and kill 5 Rakeclaw Frillnecks.

Continue south to a small camp.

Turn in Feeding Hianu and pick up A Special Omelette and Lostes the Braggart.

Head north and kill 6 Togs, looting their tails.

Then kill 4 Leaf Plumas to loot their claws. Note that Glade Plumas do not work.

Head south down the western road. Youll find several trees that have mobs walking around them. Wait
for them to be on the side, and then gather the eggs inside.

Do this for two trees to get the 6.

Continue south and kill 7 Giant Rakeclaws.

Then in the middle of the woods, kill Trandila. She roams around a lot and is on a long respawn, so you
may want to change channels (click the arrow pointing up which is the menu and then choose select
channel.

Return to camp to turn in Lostes the Braggart and reach level 15.

Level 15
Return to town to turn in A Special Omelette to the Chef. Speak with Nebrith near the flight master to
get some more consumables.
Head up the hill to turn in Frill of a Fuss. Pick up Retrieving Supplies from Abolos and speak with Leto
to update Dukaki Mischief.
Head into the building behind her and speak with Santenius to pick up Stolen Village Seal.

Head north into the mine. Kill 5 Dukaki Miners and 3 Tursin Loudmouths. Note that the Loudmouths will
need to be level 15 for them to count for the quest (the ones that patrol above the pits generally are).

Continue to the northwest corner and gather the box next to the pile of junk. Then use the pile of junk.

Speak with the shugo to the west to turn in your quest and pick up Gaphyrks Love.

Head down the hill to find Mimiti. Hit her with a light attack (DoT if you have one), and then run up the
hill. She will chase you until you get back to the shugo.

Turn in the quest to Gaphyrk and pick up Village Seal Found! Return to the pile and use it again to
update the quest. The box should have respawned, so gather it again. Then change channels and gather
a third box.
Press m to open the map. Click the little feather by Tolbas Village to teleport there.

Turn in your quests and update Dukaki Mischief to reach level 16.

Level 16
Head to the flight teleporter (near Nebrith) to fly to Verteron Citadel. Speak with Spatalos in the main
building to turn in Dukaki Mischief and The Writing on the Wall (from the quest item on the wall).
Then head outside and speak with Alisdair to pick up Big Kinah.

Take a flight to Verteron Observatory (Cantas Coast) and update Big Kinah at Zephyros.

Head south to gather the first suspicious Odium Piece.

Continue south to gather the second.

Then head up the stairs to the swirly gate to update the quest.

Instance #1 Haramel
Head inside the gate to start our first instance, a solo one. Speak with Moorilerk to turn in Big Kinah.

Pick up A Handshake Deal and Shugo Indemnity. Head into the first room and clear all mobs. There
is a boss called Kakiti, but shes easy. Youll reach level 17 doing this.

Level 17
On the north platforms, gather 5 fine odiums.

Continue north into the caves to collect 5 raw Odiums.

Clear all mobs in the north passage and then return to the room. Take the east passage to Moofrenerk
to turn in your quests.

Pick up This Shugo for Hire, The Maltese Odium, and The Third Shugo. Head down the ramp (or
glide down) to the bottom and kill all mobs. The Keymaster will drop a key.

Mechanics will drop lubricating oil (there are 3 of them). This will get you to level 18.

Level 18
Use the tower lift (where the keymaster was) to get to the top floor.

Head up the ramp and kill the mobs. On the back side, gather the box to receive the manuscripts.

Glide off the top (double tap jump) to get to the bottom. Then head to the processing plant in the south.
Clear the mobs, and then kill Mumu Ham the Grey.

This guy has an annoying stun, so I suggest getting a DoT on him and then waiting for him to die while
youre stunned.

Head south and follow the road east killing all mobs. On the path, gather 5 Odellas.

At the end of the path is Gestanerk. Turn in This Shugo for Hire and The Maltese Odium to reach
level 19.

Level 19
Pick up The Big Boss and then take the elevator behind him. Follow the path to Hameruns Office.
When you get in, a million adds will attack you.

These adds hit for 1 damage and die in 1 hit. Gladiators can easily AoE them. Everyone else pick them off
one by one. Then kill Nukiti, a boss. This mob has no special skills.

On the sides of the room are prison doors housing mobs. You can break them down (no matter the
attack, they only take 1 damage and have 3 health) and kill the mobs for bonus XP.

Then kill Hamerun. He will summon adds and become invulnerable about midway in the fight.

Use the box behind him to get your loot, and then use the swirly gate to get out.

Return to Zephyros to turn in your quests and pick up Murder my Shugo, A Touch of Odium, and
The Big Sleep.
Haramel will auto-reset after 10 minutes outside. Wait for the 10 minutes to pass and then re-enter.
When you get in, speak with the first shugo to pick up Out of the Past.
Clear the first room as normal, but loot the boss. Youll reach level 20 doing this.

Level 20
Kill the Aether Carts in the room and to the north.

Head through the next room and do the This Shugo for Hire process again (picking up the quest of
course). Then when we reach the Processing Plant, right click 3 Processed Odellas to burn them.

On racks are Ginsengs colored slightly different than the others. Right click them to gather them. They
may not appear different colored on lower quality settings.

Use the Huge Cauldron in the back to update the quest.

Kill and loot Mumu Ham the Gray. Continue to follow the instance as normal to reach level 21.

Level 21
Speak with Zephyros to turn in Murder, My Shugo, and A Touch of Odium. Pick up A Touch of
Odium from him again.
Wait 10 minutes and do another run of Haramel to reach level 22.

Level 22
Turn in A Touch of Odium to Zephyros. Pick it up again. Do a final run of Haramel. Then turn in your
quest to Zephyros and fly to Verteron Citadel. Speak with Nebrith to get some consumables. Then speak
with Altair to turn in The Big Sleep.

Speak with Manos to turn in Out of the Past and reach level 23.

Level 23
Head west out of town along the road. Speak with Estino to update Turning the Tide.

Continue west until Tursin Outpost Flashes on your screen (youll go through a gate). Use the Plumis
Transformation to update the quest.

Return to Estinos location and speak with Meteina. Then make your way south. Kill 5 of any mobs that
say Veteran as you head south. Id suggest killing Scouts only when they are away from other mobs, as
all mobs here will aggro each other. Loot them for stones.

When you have 5 you should be at the southern side. Update your quest at Livanon.

Head towards the Cantas Coast and kill 3 Senior Command Soldiers. Veteran Commanders do not work.

Then continue southeast through a gate. There are usually two mobs here and you cannot go around
them, so kill them first before going through.

Once in the garrison, kill any 10 mobs and loot them for marks. They still proximity aggro.

When done, use your map to teleport back to Verteron Citadel and turn in your quests to Spatalos in the
main building. Pick up A Gate Agape and he will teleport you. Head south and right click the swirly
gate to teleport in.

This place, while easy, is only really accessible once so dont mess up. If you do, youll have to run
through a ton of mobs with some of them being unsoloable. Just try and pull one mob at a time as you
make your way up the hill. Note two mobs patrol left and right in the front.

Kill Kuninasha at the top to get the seal.

Then use the swirly gate at top to destroy it.

You will be teleported back to Spatalos to turn your quest in. The teleport back to Sanctum and speak
with Jucleas to update A Sliver of Darkness. Use the map teleportal to go to the outer dock. Head
inside the tavern and speak with Ludina who is in a cute outfit.

She will teleport you to Morai.

Speak with Morai to teleport in. Speak with Icaronix to update the quest and fly around a bit.

Inside youll get to a box. Open it up and Ecus will appear.

Speak with him. Then right click the stigma you receive. Stigmas are equippable skills, so when you
equip it, a new skill will be available in your skill list (k).

Speak with Ecus again. Then a Specter will appear. Kill the Specter to teleport out.

Speak with Morai to teleport to Sanctum and speak with Lavrintos.

Head downstairs and speak with Miriya to turn in your quest.

You will get a stigma support bundle. Open it and choose any stigma you wish to use (look for class
guides on google to find and build good stigma builds while you level). Then speak with Miriya to equip
it. You will reach level 24 doing this.

Levels 24-35 Eltnen

Level 24
Head down the elevator. In the leftmost room on top, pick up Dyer Maker from Jooma.

Head to the room on the left side to update the quest at Layla.

Then return to Jooma to turn in the quest for a quick 10% of a level. Head to just outside the library to
the teleport statue.

Use this to teleport to divine road. Head into the hall of prosperity to expand your inventory twice. Then
teleport to Eltnen.
Speak with Telemachus in the center room on the top level to turn in Orders from Eltnen.

Speak with Aurelius to update To Cure a Curse. Then head out of the fortress and down. Speak with
Phomona to pick up The bucket list.

Make your way south to a lake.

Pick up The Manduri Polluters from Iandeus.

Head east into the Manduri village (fenced in). Kill 5 fighters and 5 looters.

An easy way to get in without aggroing anything is to climb the hill overlooking the village to the south
and glide in.

Then on the ground, use the paper glider. There will be no light highlighting it.

Head into the open building to the north to speak with Melginie. Be careful, as there is a hidden mob to
the right inside.

Return to Iandeus to turn in The Manduri Polluters and then update To Cure a Curse at Celestine
next to him.
Head north and speak with Demro to update The Bucket List.

Continue north to the Kerub area. In one of their camps, kill a fighter and gather the bucket.

Then head west to turn in your quest to Lodas.

Return to Eltnen Fortress to turn in To Cure a Curse and reach level 25.

Level 25
Speak with Nebrith (near teleporter) to get free consumables. Then speak with the teleporter (bottom
floor, outside) to pick up New Nochsana Orders. Then speak with Brunto to turn it in.

Pick up General Mania, Instruction Destruction, and Pilfering Prototypes from him.
At this point, we need to look for a group. Press Shift+V to see if anyone is recruiting for an instance
called NTC or Norchsana. If you can find one and you fit the role, join it. Otherwise, recruit for
yourself by clicking Post Offer.
You should run the instance in a group of 2 1 dps/tank and 1 healer. However, it is possible to do
without. Speak with Rogan to teleport in.

Instance #2 Norchsana Training Camp

Once in, head north up a hill to get to an artifact.

I advise against using the artifact. Instead, go to the back and kill the Norchsana Protector. This guy hits
very hard, so healers need to be on their game. Try to silence him if you can.

After hes dead, use the artifact to gain a 1 minute invulnerability buff.

Quickly glide off the hill and head east towards the fortress to get to the guard.

The guard starts with 3 big flame attacks that your shield should absorb. After that hes very easy to kill.
Head into the fortress and head up the ramp to your right to get on top of the wall. Clear the mobs to
get to the Aetheric Field Generator.

The generator has a massive shield you need to dps down (or SM or SW can dispel). However, you can
use roots or sleeps and they will not be broken by damage on the shield.
Head down to the fortress proper. Around the walls are weapon chests. You may want to gather some
of the 4 here. However, there are also plenty inside the fort.

In the middle is a gate. Right click on your siege weapon to summon it. Then select the attack option on
the bar that pops up to have it attack your target.

Once inside, clear the mobs and head up the ramp to challenge the General.

The General is a joke. Just hit him and kite him around.
When hes dead, head up the ramp. To the north side of the fortress. Clear around the fortresss top to
get to the teleporter.

At about 50% the teleporter will summon an add, so either burst it down fast so the add doesnt wreak
havoc, or deal with the add while the teleporter is CCd. Silences are nice.

Clear any remaining mobs in the instance. With this, you should easily hit level 26.

Level 26
Turn in your quests to Brunto (exit is at the start of the instance, or you will teleport out after 30
seconds out of party). This will get you to level 27.

Level 27
Pick up Instruction Destruction from Brunto again. Rerun NTC (Youll have to break the gate with
weapons). Thisll get you to level 28.

Level 28
Turn in the quest to Brunto and pick it up again. Repeat the instance. Turn in your quest to reach level
29 and then some.

Level 29
Speak with Malinomus to update A Krall-ing Suspicion. Then go to the top floor and on the left side,
speak with Diomedes to update The Test of the Heart.

Take a flight down to Novans Crossing and head east to speak with Taera to update A Krall-ing
suspicion.

Head south and take the road southeast into the Kaidan mine. Kill a Kaidan Bigmouth to loot a report.

Continue to follow the road east. In a cage you can talk with Gardugu.

He will teleport you to Mabangtah to turn in your quest.

Head north a long distance, eventually follow the road leading to the northeast to get to Kimeia.

Update The Test of the Heart and pick up Acheron Drake Research from Radamanthys. Head up the
hill next to them and pick up Balaur Bones from the guy in the middle of the bones.

Head south and kill 6 drakes, looting 3 of them. If there isnt enough, change channels.

To the south of them, gather 2 legs, 3 ribs, and 1 skull.

Return to the hill to turn in Balaur Bones. Then return to Kimeia and Radamanthys to turn in Test of
the Heart and Acheron Drake Research to reach level 30.

Level 30
Pick up A Triumphs a Triumph from Kimeia. Then return to the Eltnen Fortress (use a scroll from the
level 10 pink quest). Turn in A Triumphs a Triumph to Diomedes. Then turn in Stigma 101 to
Persephone on the bottom floor. You can choose another stigma and equip it at her.

Speak with Nebrith to claim your free consumables and then fly to Golden Bough Garrison to the west.
Speak with Castor to update Playing Around at the Temple and pick up Golden Son, Gone.

Speak with Axelion to update your quest. Then speak with Tellarius to the east to pick up Killing for
Castor.

Head out the east side of the garrison and head north. Kill 9 Dune Basilisks, Amphas (any type), and
Thorntail Scopolons near the rock face next to the garrison. Gnarls will not count.
Return to Castor to turn in Killing for Castor. Then head north to the gatekeeper to teleport in.

Speak with Marana to pick up and turn in Expert Advice.

Then pick up Practical Acrobatics from her. Speak with her again to start the test. Fly downwards to
get to the first gate (indicated by a single dot).

The second gate is up and to the left.

Every other gate should be visible after going through the gate, so repeat this step to the fifth gate. Then
fly up and through the gate in the middle (6 dots).

Return to Marana to turn the quest in.

Fly down to a platform with Skyrays. Kill a Spying Skyray to get a fragment. Everything in here proximity
aggros.

Head north to one with wind spirits. Kill a Draft Spirit to get another fragment.

Continue north and kill an Alluring Temptress for a third fragment.

Then head east and kill a Crouching Eracus Gargoyle for the fourth.

Return to Axelion to update the quest, and then speak with Castor to turn it in and reach level 31.

Level 31
Head south to get to a road, and then follow the road west to the Kyola temple.

Make sure youre in channel 1 so mobs are (hopefully) cleared for you. Head down the stairs, and then
take a right. Jump over a pile of rocks and continue right. Follow this path to the end to get to Hannet.

Turn in Golden Son, Gone to her and pick up Search for Denlavis and Impede Kromede. Then
search for a group for Fire Temple or FT (Shift + V). Youll want to run this in a full group of 6.

Instance #3 Fire Temple

When you enter (use the wall on top of the stairs behind Hannet), let your group know you need the
quest. Then head southwest, clearing mobs in the way.

Soon as you get out of the first room, Rotan will appear and aggro. This is nothing crazy, tank and spank.

Head to the north passageway and head east. In here, slip your way to the east corner and kill 2
Kalgolems of Magic.

Return south to the fork and take the west passageway. Head straight south, killing as needed, to get to
the gold room. Hop down and speak with Denlavis.

Return north to the big room and head to the southwest. You may have to go to a side room to kill a
lurker gargoyle. But here, we get to Kromede.

Kill the last golem before her to get some room, and then attack her. She is a standard archer mob.
However, she will sometimes summon suspicious objects. If she does, get away from them before they
explode and do massive damage.
Kromede can drop a fabled weapon chest. There are two types. One type is a group drop, so you should
try to loot her and take the chest if you can. The other is an individual drop and will be rolled on.
Drop group to teleport out. You may be invited back, which you should accept.
Speak with Hannet to turn in your quests and reach level 32.

Level 32
Pick up Impede Kromede and Hannets Revenge. Repeat Fire Temple (You dont have to go down to
Denlavis). Turn in your quests to Hannet. Pick up Impede Kromede and Kromede in the Temple.
Then repeat it again and turn in your quests to reach level 33.

Level 33
Repeat the fire temple process 3 times to reach level 34 and then some.

Level 34
Repeat the fire temple process 3 more times to reach level 35.

Level 35
Follow the road East to get to Eltnen Outpost. Pick up the Mamaki Patrol from Kibelle.

Head inside and to the top to update Cooking up Disasters from Tumblusen.

Follow the road east and kill a Brute (or a Scout) to loot marching plans.

Return to Tumblusen to update the quest. Hell teleport you to Mabangtah. Speak to him to go back to
Tumblusen and update the quest. Head back east and deeper in past the brutes/scouts. Kill 4
Combatants inside. These do proximity aggro and can kill you easily if that happens.

Then kill Shaman Kalabar in front of the tent.

Continue south and kill 9 Mamakis.

Return to Observatory to turn in Mamaki Patrol and update Cooking up Disasters at Tumblusen.
Then use a scroll from your level 10 pink quest to return to Eltnen Fortress and turn in your quest to
Telemachus.

Speak with Telemachus again, and he will teleport you to Mabangtah. Speak to Mabangtah to teleport
to a swirly gate.

Use the gate to teleport inside. Speak with Kimeia to start the defense.

At each minute marker, two mobs will appear. Stay at the bottom and work on killing them. Use
consumables if you need to keep alive. Kimeia can attack with you if needed.

At 15 seconds to go, 3 mobs will appear. Stay at the bottom as they wont be able to reach you in time.
Speak with Kimeia to update the quest and teleport back to Telemachus. Speak with Telemachus to
reach level 36.
Head to the teleporter. Stop by Nebrith to get your pink quest consumables and then teleport to Heiron,
our next zone.

Levels 36-45 Heiron

Level 36
When you arrive in town, head into the first building on the left after the stairs leading into the castle to
turn in Orders from Heiron Fortress to Perento.

Update Root of the Problem at him. Then head north and speak with Typhon for some easy XP.

Head to the flight transporter and fly to Heiron Observatory (closest one to you). Then speak with
Mirborante to pick up Agrint Aggro and Peel me a Rotron.

Head inside and to the top to Aphesius to update Root of the Problem.

Head east and over a hill to get to the Decayed Grove. Kill 10 Lumbering Agrints and loot 3 roots from
them.

More to the east are Greenclaw Rotrons. Kill 10 of them, looting them for shells and 3 roots.

Return to the observatory to turn in your quests to Mirborante and pick up Rotten Rotrons. Speak
with Aphesius at the top to update Root of the Problem.
Fly back to Heiron Fortress and then fly to Arbolus Haven in the north. South of the big tree, speak with
Mersephon to update Root of the Problem.

In town, speak with Sirilis to update Rotten Rotrons.

To the west, speak with Trajanus to turn in Root of the Problem (hes a tree).

Continue west to speak with Raninia and turn in Rotten Rotrons to reach level 37.

Level 37
Around Raninia are 3 NPCs with blue quests. Pick them all up (Quell the Nightmare, Dream Fragments,
To Dream To Die, and Dreams of the Dungeon). Speak with Raninia to pick up Nightmare in Shining
Armor. Then speak with her again to enter the instance.

Instance #4 Kromedes Trial

Starting with Kromedes Trial, we have an option to use the Innocent Merek pet. Innocent Merek is
available on the Black Cloud Marketplace for $5. If you wish to use it, you will hatch it at the pet minder
in Sanctum, and then feed in 10 spicy health food, which you buy from the pet merchant in Sanctum.

Merek will give you a bundle. Do not open up this bundle until you are ready as the resulting item will
last only 10 minutes. Feed Merek constantly to create more bundles.
When youre ready to start an instance, open up bundles until you get the one you want. It will either
give you a 50% amulet (15% chance), a 100% amulet (70% chance), or a 200% amulet (15% chance). Id
suggest for Kromedes being happy with 100%.
If you are going to run the instance with an XP boost, you should clear all mobs in the instance. If you
are not, then just kill the bare minimum to get to each location.

A few seconds after entering, youll get a cutscene. Follow the path south after to get to a grave robbers
corpse.

Speak with him to get a roton. Roton is a summonable skill so you might want to put it on your quickbar.
Use it to attack the Sealed Stone Door as it wont be broken otherwise.

Continue to follow the path to get to a petrahulk gatekeeper. Kill him and open the door behind him.

Clear the room and then kill Divine Hisen.

Divine Hisen will always start by putting you to sleep, so DoT him at the start if you can. He does an
attack called area explosion. Get far away when he does this. Otherwise, hes simple.

Loot the key and use the potion behind him to teleport.

After leaving your cell, go into the first room on the right to kill 8 prisoners and captives.

Then kill Warden Baal in the main hallway and loot the Dungeon Grate Key.

Open the gate behind him and then head into the southwest room. The Manor Guard Captain is in the
back. Kill him and loot his key. He has a skill to put you up in the air and then smash you down, so dont
be at low HP with him at any point.

Use the relic chest behind him to get explosive beads.

Start heading north and kill Guard Bitin.

Speak with Robstin to update the quest. Then head up the stairs. Dungeon Bloodwings will appear. Use
the explosive beads to kill them all in one hit.

Then at the top use the door to enter the manor proper.

Inside, kill the 2 manor defenders and loot their fragments.

Continue to the next room. There are some patrolling mobs to kill. In the center is a set of 3 manor
guards. Wait for 1 to walk away to kill her, and then kill the other 2. You should be at 5 fragments now.
In the middle, you can use the tower for a small buff.

Head downstairs. The guards patrol the edges of the room, so if you dont have an XP boost on, sneak
around the corners. If you want, there is a sleep flower here thatll put a target to sleep and then deal
massive damage.

The fountain in the middle also can be used to restore HP.

Return to the main hall and head up the west stairway. Kill guards and defenders on top to loot more
dream fragments. In the middle is Austin. Hes a mage mob and hurts, so I suggest blowing him up fast.

You can take the potion behind him which is a cure all, but I rarely use it.

Head east to the next room. This room is optional. If you have an XP boost, clear it all. Note that if you
use a sleep flower on a mob in the middle, when it wakes up itll graphically glitch to be right where you
slept it, but still be able to attack you.

Head to the next room to the east. Wait for Kiernoon and Yulina to be near the entrance to pull them
and kill them. Physical classes may have issues as they can bind.

Clear the room and loot any last dream fragments you may need. There is a porgus barbecue that gives
a buff, and a fruit basket that recovers most of your health. Then head south into the library. Kill Jeeves
in the south corner. He will sleep you and hits hard, so Id probably pop a consumable if needed.

Use the bookcase he was working on to teleport to the last room. After killing the mobs, run south at
Kaliga.

Kaliga is fairly easy in this mode. Hell pull and hit you, and at low health hell summon a bunch of bats
(use the explosion beads on them). And he never drops anything the first run.
Use the oak doors to exit.

Turn in your quests to reach level 38 (if youre not already).

Level 38
Pick up the same quests as last time and re-enter Kromedes Trial after waiting 10 minutes for it to reset.
With this, we have a choice. If we choose to go for armor, when you teleport into the dungeon, you can
head into a south room and kill an executioner (no special skills).

Then when on top of the stairs, head west to Lady Angerr. She summons bats to kill.

Finally, in the library head to the top and head into the east room to kill Justicetaker Wyr. He can shield
himself against physical attacks.

When you enter the final room, there mobs will be there with Kaliga, but very weak (hit for like 10
damage each, and die in 5 hits).
If you decide to go for hard mode (no mini-bosses killed), Kaliga will have slightly different mechanics.

He starts with a long stun. If you are a physical class, kill the red relic as that boosts his physical defense.
If you are magical, kill the blue relic.

During the battle, hell summon a few adds. They dont hurt badly, but should still be killed for ease.

At low health, hell summon a blue circle. Get out of it or itll hit for major damage.

He has a chance to drop a key when he dies. Use a weapon rack on the sides to acquire a weapon of
your choice thats worse than a Kromede weapon.
Head out and turn in your quests to reach level 39 (or more)

Level 39
Continue with Kromedes Trials processes, picking up and turning in quests.

Level 40
Run more Kromedes Trial. At this level, be aware of the Remove Shock skill which allows you to
escape stuns, knock downs, and aethers holds.

Level 41
Start the level with Kromedes Trial. If you arent using an amulet, this will be your 5th run. If you are, it
will probably be your 3rd, but you should just rush the instance as soon as you hit 41 instead of grinding
the mobs.

Speak with Tessia to update Restless Souls.

To the west of the building, pick up Dead Porgus Walking from Dokurunerk, Dignity and Bluster from
Kravis, and Discolored Bones from Edoras. Also pick up your consumables from pink quests at Nebrith.
Then head south to Kacias.

Update Restless Souls and pick up Art Appreciation, Eternal Servants, and Amalen the Forelorn.

Outside of his little area, kill 4 Brutal Zombies. These do not exist elsewhere, so change channels if
needed.

Then gather 5 discolored bones in the area.

You can also kill 6 stinking zombies, but they also exist more to the south.

Follow the road southeast to get to Kalkas. Speak with him and then collect his bones.

Head directly south. On the west side is a small fenced in area. Kill Amalen and 7 boggarts.

Make your way west to kill 10 pigs and loot their meat.

In the farms, kill 4 workers and 6 laborers. Workers are very rare, so you may have to switch channels
when you kind one.

On the road, kill a Graveknight Warrior to loot the mirror.

Return north and in a house just above the east-west road, speak with Spina and collect her bones.

Then speak with Mempion to the north of the building.

Keep going north to speak with Ladon and collect his bones.

Return to Kacius to turn in your quests and reach level 42.

Level 42
Update Restless Souls. Head back to where Ladon was and head north to a cemetery. In it, youll find
an empty grave.

Use it to update the quest. Return to Kacias to update the quest. Then return to Arbolus Haven to turn
in your quests and hopefully reach level 43.
If you do not (and even if you do), head to the New Heiron Gate and speak to Pellas to turn in Stigma
101 to him and get a new stigma bundle. This is your last basic stigma bundle. The next bundles will be
powerful.

If you have not reached 43 at this point, you could grind some mobs in Kromedes Trial to get there.

Level 43
Fly to Jeiaparan Village. In here, we need to pick up a few quests from NPCs that dont show up on the
map. First speak with Ekseus to pick up Supplies for the Blue Fleet (hes near the south side).

Then speak with Voluptes under a tent across the way to pick up Starturtle Oil.

Last speak with Meteria a bit to the east to pick up Meterias Regret.

Speak with Gorgus under the big tent to update Meterias Regret.

Then head up the hill in the village to speak with Erato and turn in the quest.

Head to the outskirts of the village and gather 3 boxes of supplies in the water.

Kill 7 (or more) starturtles for their oil. This is about an 80% drop rate.

Return to town to turn in your quests. Then fly southwest to the Kishar Observation post. Speak with
Atalante to update Danger Cubed and teleport to Mabangtah.

Speak with Mabangtah to teleport back. Speak with Atalante again to update Danger Cubed and pick
up Hokuna Matata and Krall to the Wall. Then on the south side of camp, speak with Piros to pick up
Finding the Forges and Kill Kanshasha.
Make your way south and kill 3 assaulters.

Once you pass the gate, head east and youll find the healers. Kill 3 of them.

Continue east into the first gated area to spy on the first forge.

In the next gated area to the east you can kill Traska. He usually comes with an add from behind. Loot
his odium

Continue to follow the east road and enter the next gated area to spy on the second forge.

Continue east and take the road south up a hill. On here are many insane mobs. Only kill the ones in
your way heading up the hill, and loot 5 of them.

At the top, kill Captain Kabaltu. It is suggested to fight him below the stairs as there is a sorc behind the
odium. One is easy, both is impossible.

Continue down the hill to the west side. At the bottom, turn right and follow the gorge to kill 3 Fighters.

Return to the main road. Follow it north and take the next right into an outcropping to spy on the final
forge.

Return to camp and turn in your quests to reach level 44.

Level 44
Speak to Atalante to update Krall-ing to Kralltumaga. Then fly to Jeiaparan Village and down to Reaper
Outpost.
Speak with Jalamativia to update the quest and pick up Kishar Balaur, Taking it to the Indratu,
Draconute Weapon, Discouraging Balaur, and Start with the Strongest. (Red = Group Only)

Head east and kill 5 Grunts and Crusaders, bending north.

When you get north, bend east again. Youll get to many defenders to kill. Cross a red bridge to get to
many outriders. Kill 5 of each.

Follow the road northeast into a cave. In here, there are statues around. Kill 3 of them (they take 1
damage at a time, so autoattacks work)

As you head deeper into the cave, a passage opens to the right. Clear the path to enter inside.

When inside, kill the hunter in the passageway. There is another hunter who walks around with a drake.
Immobilize or sleep the drake when it is on the far right (if its in the middle, itll aggro a boss mob).

Kill the hunter it is with. Then kill the defender behind it.

Change channels to kill the hunter in the passageway again, and the fight your way out. This should
complete Draconute Weapons (Cleavers count as Defenders).
When you head out, head to the right and jump over the platforms. If you fail, return to the bottom and
take the stone that raises from top to bottom.

Follow the road north until you see nagas on your right.

Clear your way inside and loot all Serpantguards you kill. When inside, only kill the serpantguards in
front of the boss on the platforms. The ones behind it will aggro the boss. Change channels and fight
your way out. This should get you to 10 Serpantguards and 6 Nagas. Just note that some nagas have
cruel capture that pulls, silences, and binds you, and others will turn you into a statue for 10 seconds.
Head north. Youll get to a large room. Cut your way on the right to avoid mobs (though dont fall in the
chasm below itll kill you).

Youll need to kill a Balaur officer to get to the back (easy, but annoying).

At the back, talk to Bartyn at the corner.

Return across the stone steps way back and head north. Youll come to some more nagas guarding a
cave. Enter the cave and take the left passage to get to our boss.

Pull this guy exactly where Im standing and he wont aggro anything. He does have a cruel capture
technique thatll silence and bind you, so burst him fast.

Return to Bartyn to update your quest.

Head back to Reaper Outpost. Turn in any quests you can. If you did the group quests, this will get you
to 45 easily. If you did not, youll have a few options (not guided through here):
1. Run another run of Kromedes Trial. This really is only useful if you still have repeatable quests
available.
2. Jeiaparan Village has some quick and easy quests you can do. Talk to NPCs to find them.
3. Go to New Heiron Gate and enter Steel Rake Cabin through Amelinerk (do /where to find
her).

Level 45
Fly to Jeiaparan Village and then down to Kishar Observation Post. Pick up Caves are Easy from
Atalante. Then head south into Kishar Village. There is a lake directly south from the camp.

Right click on the waterfall to teleport. Then glide south to get to Anaxa and turn in the quest.

Return to New Heiron Gate and teleport to Sanctum. After talking to Nebrith to grab pink quests, take a
teleporter to the Divine Road (near the library). Head into Protectors Hall and take the elevator up and
speak with Miriya to turn in StiGreat.

This bundle will contain probably your most useful stigma in the game. Speak to Miriya to equip it.

Head down the elevator to speak with Demodocos and pick up A Lucky Day.

Head to the Hall of Prosperity to turn the quest in to Yiehmonerk to get an inventory expansion.

This is the maximum inventory possible without going into the Abyss (which is being avoided due to 4.9
changing the Abyss). If you want 2 more rows, please look up other guides for more information.

Head to the teleporter and teleport to Theobomos. Fly to Observatory Village and speak with Atropos to
pick up Coastal Crush. This is the first of a set of 6 quests to get great gear that well be wearing to 55.

Head east to kill 10 Web Vespines. You can head south to find more. Ignore the Lobesks they are
annoying.

Follow the road south to a camp. Turn your quest in to Banrinrinerk.

Pick up Coastal Critters. Head north to kill 10 Scopolens.

You also can kill Gryphus slightly more to the north.

Return to Banrinrinerk to turn in the quest and pick up Alisary Assistance. Head west and kill 10
starcrabs and Lobnites. They like to hang around grassy areas.

Continue west to a slow grassy area. Head up the stairs to get to Ionse and turn in your quest.

Pick up Further Aid for Alisary. Head east and kill 10 hornskulls. These guys hit hard, so Id only pull 1
at a time.

Return to camp to turn the quest in and pick up Southern Quell. Return east and kill 10 Rynoces. They
have a skill called Sprain thatll stun you if youre close by.

Return to Ionse to turn in your quest and pick up Final Stabilization. Just outside the camp, kill 10
stone petrahulks and caryatids.

Return to camp and fly to Observatory Village. Turn in your quest to Atropos to reach level 46.

Phase II Instance Grinding (Levels 46-63)

Levels 46-52 - Theobomos
Level 46
Equip all the new gear you just got. Then fly to Menihinerks Extraction Site and teleport to Heiron.
Speak with Perento to pick up Two Hands are Better than None. Then return to Atropos to turn it in.
Pick up Research Party and fly down to Port Ananke. Turn in the quest to Pyrrha.

At this point, you need to risk temptation. On lfg, you will probably see plenty of people looking to rush
Adma or Theobomos Labs. While this will get you to 50 no problem after 5 runs of each, the problem is
that doing so will use up counts on your repeatable quests.
Until you hit level 51, you will be gaining double XP on the fast track server standard. After 51, you gain
normal XP. What this means is that itll be much harder to gain the same XP in the instances. Therefore,
you should save quest XP for when you hit level 51 to get to 53 without any difficulty.
Go onto LFG, and decide if you want to duo (if youre newer or less skilled or play a class like a ranger or
assassin), or solo Adma. If you want to duo, look for a partner (ideal party has at least 1 songweaver,
chanter, or cleric). If you want to solo, look for someone to hold group. Make your post, wait for
someone to join, and then prepare to enter.

Instance #5 Adma Stronghold

Speak with Rovilance to pick up Unfortunate Lady, Stop Lord Lannok, Bleeding the Undead, and
Wanted, Dead. Then head into the big blue portal to your left to enter Adma.

After heading in, head north into the Granary and south into the storeroom. There will be a mini-boss
there that drops a key. Return to the main hall, and on top of the stairs, kill the Bard.

He will drop another key. Head behind him and to the right to get to a door.

Your key from the steward will open it. Head inside and clear the way to the Bedroom. Youll notice
some mobs come in pairs. If the pair includes a Banshee, kill the Banshee first. If it is a Lich + Vampire,
kill the Lich first (root the vampire).
Youll then come to the bedroom. Clear it and take note of two object. First, the teddy bear in the south.

Second, the urn in the north.

Go an attack the princess. She will throughout the fight put 3 debuffs on you. One (cold wind) can be
dispelled normally. The other two, look at the color. If it is blue, use the incense burner or you will lose
mana and attack really slow. If it is red, use the teddy bear or youll lose health quickly.

When she dies, loot her for her haircomb and key.

Return to the room prior and head north. Therell be a door that the key opens.

Head through the hallway which lightly poisons you to get to Templar Taliesin.

Typical vampire mob. Loot him for a key. This key will be random.

If you get the treasury, head to the room to the northeast. This boss will spawn boxes in the fight and
they multiple, so burn him fast. If you get the servants quarters, head to the southeast room. This boss
will sleep one target, and put a mana drain on them. If you get the Great Dining Hall key, head west. This
boss is a typical vampire mob but comes with a banshee.

Head back to the main hall and head north. Follow the path back to the beginning, clearing all mobs.
Then return to the main hall. Head east and use the door to get to the passageway.

Hop down the hole into the sewers. Head north and clear mobs. Ignore the suspicious boy as he is too
hard for a small group/solo.

Follow the path south and clear the side room. Continue south and follow the path east to Bloodthirster.

Nothing special, just tank and spank.

Continue through the passage to get to the southeast corner. Here is a destroyed door. Head through it
to the final boss.

Lannok is easy to duo, but near impossible to solo. At the start, he does nothing but trample. However,
at 50% he starts casting Death Sentence. This will be a 5 second debuff that must be dispelled (if you
have no dispell skill, use a greater healing potion), or you die. At 33%, hell start summoning a set of 4
adds. These adds hit hard, and are the reason why you cant solo it. After 25% hell also put you into
Aethers hold periodically.

Turn in your quests. At this point, there is a wide range of levels you could be. If you ran a duo with no
XP boost, youll probably be 47. Or if you ran solo with a 200%, youll be well into level 50. Regardless,
repeat this process until you hit level 51.

Level 47
Continue to run Adma.

Level 48
Continue to run Adma.

Level 49
Continue to run Adma.

Level 50
Stop by Sanctum and speak to Nebrith for free goodies. Speak with Miriya to pick up another greater
stigma. Then continue to run Adma to level 51.

Level 51
Speak with Pyrrha to pick up Triroan in the Lab, The Theobomos Syndrome, Berserk Silikor, and
Examine the Extraction Devices. Then look on LFG for a group for Theobomos Labs (TL, T-Labs, Theo
Lab).

Instance #6 Theobomos Labs

When in, head to the right side of the room. Head up the pile of rubble to bypass the stairs. Then head
to the right room to get to Cracked Nuhas.

Kill him and loot him for one of 3 keys Water, Earth, or Wind. Then head north and go to the corridor
corresponding to the key.

In each room is a mini-boss. The Wind spirit deals DoTs, the water spirit will silence, and the earth spirit
will blind. When its dead, loot its key.

Then behind it, use the dome to gather a device. If someone else got it first, wait 20 seconds and itll
respawn. You can only gather 1 device a run.

Use the key to open the door and then head east. Youll get to the first boss (make sure the group knows
you need it)

Do not attack the boss. Rather, go to the first Silikor Guard. Get it down to a sliver of health. There is a
shield roaming around. Wait for it to be near the guard, and then kill it. If you kill it when its away, itll
respawn.

Repeat this with the second guard. Then kill the Silikor of Memory (pretty easy, just hits a little hard).

Head back west and then go jump down south (therell be some floating cubes. Ignore them). Follow the
path (youll probably just run and ignore the mobs) to get to Naughty Poaching.

Kill him and hell drop a key. Open the door behind him and take the elevator up.

When on top, head due west to get to the final corridor. Use the door to get to the final boss.

If you are the tank, bring him to the red orb. Triroans skill depends on the orb he is near, and that is the
least damaging. Small mobs will spawn during the fight and are practically unavoidable, so dont worry
about them and burn the boss.
Spiritmasters, if you are in here, fear him. It makes the fight so much easier.
Head outside using the portal behind him to turn in your quests. Pick up Triroan in the Lab and The
Theobomos Syndrome again, and run it again.

Continue running Theobomos labs until you are out of runs for The Theobomos Syndrome. If you have
at least 1 Water, Earth, and Wind, check to see if your group will help you do fire. For this, take the
south corridor as soon as you enter and kill Frozen Harint.

Loot his key and open the door to the torch spirit. This guy has adds that hurt a lot, so healers be on
your game. Use the device to gather the last element.

After 5 runs, you should be level 52.

Level 52
Speak with Danais to pick up The Dark Transcendence.

Fly to Meneherk Excavation Camp (Via Observatory Village) and then Teleport to Heiron. Then use your
map teleport to go to Kishar Observation post. When there, speak with Renniah to pick up To Dark
Poeta!

Head up the hill to the east and speak with Maloren to turn in The Dark Transcendence.

Pick up Nereus Needs You, Obtaining the Dragel, The Dangers of Drana, and Expunge the Drana
Feed. Then use lfg to find a Dark Poeta group. When ready, use the artifact to enter.

Instance #7 Dark Poeta

When you get in, a timer will start ticking. You can skip it to 0 by using the door if you wish.

Head east towards a river. If you aggro a mob, kill it. Too many mobs will kill you. Then head north along
the river to the Akarios Ruins.
Clear just a little ahead on the path and then return to the first boss.

The boss will cast lots of paralysis. The one to be careful of though is his reflect. If he has a pink buff
under his name, do not attack him or you will die fast.
When hes dead, use the scroll on the ground to update Nereus needs you. This boss drops a heroic
chest box every run.

A few mobs will charge up the hill at you as soon as hes dead, so dont let your guard down. Then follow
the road to the lake. Go around the lake and clear any mobs close to it (dont aggro the bosses). Also kill
any captain mobs you may see.

When cleared, attack the boss. The boss has 3 generators near him. Magic classes should attack the
attack booster, and physical classes should attack the defense booster. Ignore the property controller.
Failure to attack the right booster will reflect damage onto you and is a quick way to die (as seen below).

The bosses are stupid easy when the generators are down. Two Marabatas will either drop fabled or
heroic shoulder boxes (group loot), and one will drop either a fabled or heroic ring box (group loot).
Head east and go to the northern part of the woods. Clear out the ghosts. Captains give more points.

While doing this, a leather should use their hunters eye to find Noahs Furious Shade. Hit him and bring
him north to the group.

This guy will do a scream to induce fear, so you want him near the mobs you cleared. His main move is
grudge wound followed by deep grunge wound. Get behind him for deep if you have regular or it can
oneshot. There is one more tree in the woods (more to the south). These drop heroic or fabled glove
boxes (group loot).

Follow the road north to a barricade. Ignore the barricade and head east. In here are several Spallers.
You will want to train them on top of pits with drana in them. This will shock them for 20 seconds for
free dps.

Repeat this for the 3 Spallers. Two can drop heroic and fabled gloves, and one can drop heroic or fabled
earrings. All are group drops.
Head back to the barricades. At 60%, 2 mobs will spawn. Kill them and return to the gate. When its
down, kill 2 more mobs.

Head north. On this road are mutated fungie.

These mobs die in one hit, but also hit like a truck. If they get on top of you they cast explosion which
will oneshot you. Have a high AoE class deal with them.
Follow the road to another gate. Same type of mob spawns.

Follow the path west into a cave. When the road splits, head to the right branch to get to the telepathy
controller.

Dont stand on the blue circles. The telepathy controller at the start will cast stun waves. It also will
spawn a balaur add. Burn the balaur fast. Keep heals up and survive past this phase and youll be fine.
After 70% the stuns become slows, and no more balaur will spawn.
This guy will drop either a fabled belt (group drop), or a heroic shield box (group drop).

Continue west into the next room. Hit balaur only do not hit any generators.

Clear the entire room bottom of the ramp and the top. If you hit a generator by mistake, run far away
so it resets.
When the room is cleared, kill the Auxillary Generator in the middle. Do not loot it the adds it spawns
hit fast and hard and will kill you if you try, and they stay until all 3 are down.
Kill the main generator (right one facing the ramp) next. Kill it with your ranged dps standing on the
ramp. Then go up the ramp to the other side and kill the emergency generator (ranged dps only). This
one will spawn mobile adds to attack you.
When the 3 generators are down, Collect your loot. The left two can drop heroic or fabled pants boxes
(group drop), and the right one can drop either a fabled necklace box or a heroic hat box.

Head up the ramp and tackle Anuhart.

Fight Anuhart on the circle where he spawned. Hes simple, but he will summon 4 adds you need to kill
mid-fight.
Anuhart will drop a fabled sword, dagger, pistol, mace, or shield. This is a single loot.
You will then receive a grade. Right now, you only get grades S (if you killed most mobs in the instance),
A (if you killed the bosses and captains), or B (if you just got the bosses). You will want A. Use the portal
to get to the boss.

If you have S, youll have to find another guide as I have never beaten him.
For A, he will cast a skill called Come forth, my faithful servant. Adds will spawn in the magma around.
Kill then quick or they can wreck your healer.
If you have B, just be aware of his reflect skill.
S and A will drop an eternal weapon, a fabled weapon, and a chest piece box (chest can be heroic or
fabled, group drop). B will drop a fabled accessory box that will give you a random accessory.
Turn in your quest to Maloren outside Dark Poeta. Return to Renniah to turn in your quest (pick either
40 Drana or 40 Dragel), and speak with Maloren again to turn in that quest.
The fabled gear from DP is good, but you should only consider wearing it if you have the shoes. If you do
not, you will lose the set bonus of your current gear which is where movement speed comes from (DP
shoes have the speed on them).
That said, I wouldnt bother grinding DP for gear. Our current gear is good enough for the next few
levels, and without the free manastones from the pink quests that were taken out in 4.8, they dont
have that much of an advantage anymore.
At this point we will only be a few bars away from 53. Choose any of the 3 dungeons we did (Adma, TL,
and DP), and run them again until you hit 53.

Levels 53-63 Beshmundir Temple

Levels 53-54
Head to Sanctum, and then teleport to Inggison. Fly southeast to Soteria Sanctuary. Note to fly here, you
need to talk to the statue in the circle instead of to a flight transporter. Then when you land, run north
across a bridge to get to an area between two guards.

The blue object is called a Windstream. Glide into it and let it take you to the end. Then head into the
building.

There are balaur on either side, so either clear a path through one set, or use a shield to get to the other
wall.

When youre through, right click on the door to enter Silentra Canyon.

Go onto lfg and ask for someone to clear the first 3 bosses of Beshmundir Temple if youre going to solo
it, or look for a duo partner. When you have someone, follow the path below to reach Beshmundir
temple.

When you get to the door, say you want to take the safer path and then teleport in.

Instance #8 Beshmundir Temple

Beshmundir Temple is an instance that give a hell of a lot of XP for not a lot of work. If you have a
Merek, you can clean up in here quickly. Also, use your tea of reposes whenever youre out of repose.
In here, there are 5 types of mobs.
1. Magus These will always open with a reflect, so dont burst them early. After that they mainly
autoattack for a lot of damage.
2. Officer/Healer These mobs are melee, but after 15 seconds summon a dps servant. Kill the
servant immediately or it and the officer will annihilate you.
3. Trapper/Assassin These mobs will chase after you and then hit you for a ton of damage fast.
Best killed with ranged characters.
4. Legatus/Warrior These may throw a distant blade at you slowing you, but they are overall
simple to kill.
5. Ranger/Sniper Beware their Powerful Shot. It is exactly as it sounds.
If you do not have a sleep, prioritize killing the healer first in all situations. Root/disable a melee mob
while you kill a magus. And if both are melee, immobilize the trapper over the legatus because it has less
chance to resist the root.
If you do have a sleep, prioritize sleeping the healer. Sleep a magus and kill a melee. Sleep a trapper over
a legatus.
After clearing the first room, engage the boss. This boss is best kited around (use running scrolls). At
times he will stop chasing and start spinning around. This is your chance to dps it (but dont be super
close to it when hes spinning). At about 50%, his attacks also will lower healing on the target by 50%.

A pretty infamous superstition is that you should never loot the ring he drops or you wont get anything
you want in the rest of the instance.

Head into the west room. In here are several ghosts. These all drain your MP, so have pots and dispels
ready.

Continue north and head east to the heros vault. In here are pairs of statues on either side.

If the statue is a statue or monument, it is not going to activate. If it is a Gladiator or an

Ambusher, it will activate as soon as you cross its line of sight. Use this to your advantage.

At the end of the hall if the Great Virhana. Make sure that you stand right under his feet as all ranged
damage is reflected to the caster. You will have 90 seconds to kill him (which should be plenty of time),
at which time hell start to oneshot. During the fight hell slam his sword into the ground doing big
damage, so use pots and heals to survive.

Head east to the Garden of the Dead. Do not charge into it rather hug the south wall. If a mob aggros
you, kill it in one shot. Right before the courtyard is Taros.

Taros will be similar to Lannok in terms of attacks. However, at 25% he will enrage and attack at super
speed. This is the time to use DP to either heal quickly, or burn him fast. When he dies, his corpse (sort
of hard to see, do /select Taros Lifebane to select him) will have a key. Head up the stairs to open the
door.
In here are your wide assortment of mobs. There are also 4 special Gatekeepers. Kill them to get keys.

Note that the pair of trappers in front of the south ramp will aggro each other even though they dont
look like it.

On the southeast wall, use the keys to open up doors to get to more mobs to kill. Judges are really
squishy.

The northern gate on the bottom floor is special because there is also an archer in it.

Head up the stairs to get to two more gates. Note that there is a sniper walking around on top as well.
However, what we are mainly concerned about are the two mobs on the north side.

This is the only occurrence of a mage and a medic that aggro each other. All classes should burn the
medic first, as sleeping him would just result in wasted sleep time while the agent has a reflect up.
Head back through the Heros vault and head north and then west. Here we get to a long hallway called
the rooms.

The mobs here behave slightly differently. Trappers will start with a huge hit, so you dont want to deal
with them. Spirits will start with a firebolt or a stun, and then they will turn you into a tree. Make sure
youre at full health when they cast curse of roots on you as their firebolt that comes after hurts.
Legatuses have a skill called Hydro Eruption that you dont want to be near when it goes off.
No mobs here are in pairs by designs, so only pull when they are a bit apart. Clear your way down the
west hall (there is an archer that patrols back and forth). Then drake signifies the halfway point. Then
continue west to get to some slimes.

These slimes HURT. Kill them from range if you can and be prepared to kite. Do not go into the room
north of the slimes it is a boss. Also do not go into the room west of the slimes it is another boss that
has wiped many full parties in the past. Just clear the south room and return to the center.

Head east this time to kill the corpeal balaur. These have the same moves as the ghosts with one
difference. Slayers. Slayers are archers, and when you attack them, they will always start with throw
trap. When they do that, run immediately away and dont stop running until they hit you with arrow
deluge. The trap is invisible and is under your feet about 1 second after it is cast. It immediately starts to
explode, and if that + arrow deluge hits you, it is a oneshot.

Clear all rooms except the far east room. You should easily have hit level 55 this run.

Level 55
Use a scroll to return to Sanctum. Speak with Nebrith to get your last set of consumables.

Teleport to Inggison. Head north into a building to turn in StigMajor to Reemul to get your last stigma.
For some classes (Songweaver comes to mind), this is your most useful skill. Regardless, equip it.

Now were going to get gear we can level in to the end. Head into the main building to speak with
Outremus to pick up Onboard for One.

Head south out of the fortress to kill 10 seafoams and sludgers.

Return to Outremus to turn in your quest and pick up Trouble with Twos. Head to the far south
(theres a Windstream out of the fortress you can take), and head east. Here, kill 10 red neokins and
murmers.

Return to where the Windstream ended. Hop through the tunnel to be pushed across and then glide
down to the bottom.

Enter into the tree on the east side.

Then speak with Lothas to turn in your quest and pick up Trees and Threes.

Head outside and kill 10 plumas (Dionaes hurt a bit harder).

Return to Lothas to turn in the quest and pick up Flying through Four. Then head out of the tree and
kill 10 Rotrons. These are easier to kill because theyre just big.

Return to the fortress (Sanctum Scroll -> Teleport is easiest) and then fly north to Udirborg Observation
Post. Speak with Barus to turn in your quest.

Pick up Fidgety Fives. Head south and kill 10 horses.

Return to Barus to turn in your quest. At this point, if you wish, you can equip all your gear now so that
you dont lose the running speed. Or you can be me and want to look pretty and just equip it as you get
it. Regardless, pick up Success for Six.
Head a little south and then head northwest. Kill 10 prowling manticores as you make your way down a
hill.

Return to Outremus to turn in your quest. You should be at least level 56 now.

Levels 56-60
Run Beshmunir Temple on repeat. With a 200% charm and solo, it should be 1 run to go from 53-58, and
then 1 to go 58-61.

Levels 61-63
Continue to run Beshmundir Temple. At this point you are much better off running it solo than with a
partner. Its usually 1 run a level at this point with a 200% charm solo. You should be able to solo the
first boss at this point if you cannot find anyone to clear the three bosses for you. If you do this, kill the
first room, the ghosts, the statues, and the rooms north.

Phase III The Final Push (Level 64)

Level 64 Part A - Inggison
Level 64
At level 64, we see a large number 508 million XP to earn. This is very doable because of the strategies
weve employed. However, at this point you have a choice between 3 options.
Option A Run Beshmundir Temple solo with a 200% amulet until you are 65. This method is the fastest
and will take about 3 runs to do. However, some classes (Templar, Ranger, Assassin) may have difficulty
soloing Besh, or you may be bored of it, or you may want to see the storyline.
Option B Run Beshmundir Temple once with a 200% amulet to get 200m XP. Then follow the
campaigns to reach level 65. All campaign instruction will be listed in red below.
Option C Do most dark blue quests in Inggison (15/16), and the first 9 in Cygnea, along with all
campaigns. This way we avoid the pvp area as much as possible and have easier kills. This is fully
outlined in the next two sections.
Head to Divine Road in Sanctum. Head into Protectors Hall and take the elevator up. Then take the
stairs up to update A Risk for the Obelisk at Fasimedes.

Use your map teleportal to go to the Cloister of Kaisinel Teleport statue (furthest south). Then use it to
teleport to the Cloister of Kaisinel.

Speak with Eremitia inside to update A risk for the Obelisk. Return outside via the teleport teleport
statue.

Use the teleport statue to head to outer dock.

Head south and talk to Sibylle. Youll teleport to Inggison.

Head directly northwest into the biggest building to speak with Outremus.

Pick up A Weapon of Worth from him. Update A Risk for the Obelisk and speak with Steropes at the
bottom of the steps.

Head out of the build and go down the ramp. There is another ramp heading up just south of it. Follow it
to speak with Versetti to update A Risk for the Obelisk.

Pick up Building Trust. Then head south into the first building to update A Weapon of Worth at
Brontes.

Head across the fortress to the westernmost building to update the quest at Pilipides.

Then head into the building just north to turn in the quest into Denia. Granted, this weapon is worthless.

At the bottom of the ramp leading to Outremus, speak with Opilius to pick up Oppressed! All right,
ignored.

Then on the other side, speak with Phailos to pick up Maintaining the Illusion.

Head southeast out of the fortress. Speak with Nonnons on the left at the bottom of the ramp to pick up
Fish with Feet.

Head north out of the fortress and start to follow the southeast road. Kill 10 Swamp Vortiles up here.

By the trees, kill 6 Wandering Seafoam to loot their energy (80% drop rate). Seafoams will aggro each
other if theyre close.

Continue south until you get to a bridge. Jump down into the river and kill 3 Baby Bigbelly Cellatus.

Follow the river north up a few small waterfalls. Then take the hill up to get back to the mainland.

When youre at the top, head west and kill 7 Mountain Murmers.

Continue south and kill 4 Ancient Excuras, looting their energy (80% drop rate). I suggest tracking the
quest and going to the blue circles to locate them easily.

To the south, use the Overheated Obelisk to update Risk for the Obelisk.

Follow the road south and it will split. Take the left split, and then head north to the southern obelisk
support.

Continue to follow the path to get to the valley. Kill 2 armored Spallers in here. They have a shield to
make them tanky.

Then kill 10 Basrasa mobs in here. They will aggro each other.

Use your map teleporter to return to Inggison Illusionary Fortress and then speak with Versetti to turn in
A Risk for the Obelisk. Turn in Oppressed and then head to Nonnos. Turn in Fish with Feet and
then turn in Maintaining the Illusion to Opilius next to him.
Head south using the Windstream in the fortress. Go through the second Windstream to speak with
Crosia and update Help in the Hollow. Pick up Crosias Circumstances.

Speak with Tialla on the platform to update Help in the Hollow. Also speak with Adias to pick up
Woodnt you know it.

Fly down and kill 10 Icy Seafoams by the tree. Just like before, they aggro each other.

Head into the tree on the east side like we did at level 55, and speak with Lothas.

Speak with him again to enter Talocs Hallow. You cannot do this in a party.

Instance #9 Talocs Hallow

When you enter in, right click Talocs Fruit in your special cube to use it.

Then start right clicking Talocs Tears. You need to do this 20 times to update the quest, and the item
has a 10 second cooldown.

Hit some spiders to make Ancient Octanus appear. He will open the gate to the north.

Follow the east path, and then head south to Kinquids Den (not the Swampspring). Kinquid is the first
boss, and while he has mechanics, we are such high level now we can ignore them and just burn him.

Follow the path east, and then follow the road south. At nearly the bottom, gather Talocs Knot to
update Woodnt you know it.

At the bottom is queen Mosqua, the second boss. She will spawn eggs that summon mobs, and she also
will summon a clone. You can for the most part ignore all these until she dies.

Hit the cracked egg to get a Windstream to appear. When it does, head to the center of the crater,
jump, and then press jump again to start gliding and youll fly up.

When at the top, head north to Celestius, the final boss. This guy likes to pull you and can summon adds.
However, do to our level, he is easy. Make sure to loot his heart.

Talocs Mirage will appear. Speak with him to update Help in the Hollow and then again to teleport
out.

Fly back up to the platforms. Turn in Help in the Hollow to Crosia. Also turn in Crosias
Circumstances and Woodnt you know it.

Head up the hill and you can fly back across the gorge using the same Windstream. Then head east
through the valley. Youll come to a gate. Right click it to teleport through and then continue to run east.

To the south is a camp. Pick up Dragons Breath and Petrified Sampling from Philon.

Also pick up Allergic to What from Vrius.

Outside the camp kill 4 Longhorn Rynoces for epidermises.

Continue south into a rocky canyon to kill 6 Rockyback Rynoses for their epidermises.

As you head south youll run into Thunderhoof. Kill him.

In the canyon, kill 10 Hoodwink Gnarls.

Stilts can be found on the south side of the canyon.

And Claypool can be found on the east side.

Continue East into Soteria Sanctuary. Speak with Poponia to update Petrified Subside.

Follow the cobblestones leading west from her and speak with Sulla.

Then head up the stairs and speak with Savinus to pick up Savinuss Torn Sack.

Head back into the canyon (which is now to the west) to kill a crackled crestlich for a watch.

Then kill a Smiling Puca to the west of them to get a hairpin.

Follow the road back west to speak with Philon. Update Petrified Subside. Turn in your other quests
from earlier.

Head back east into the canyon to use the western petrified mass at the base of a hill.

Head east onto the top of a hill to use the eastern petrified mass.

Then head south to use the southern petrified mass at the base of another hill.

Return to Soteria Sanctuary to update your quest at Sulla and then turn it in to Pomponia. Turn in
Savinuss Torn Sack to Savinus on top of the stairs.
Use your map teleportal to teleport to Undirborg Observation Post. Speak with Seuros to the north of
the post to update Found Underground.

Return to the post and speak with Honeus to update Found Underground. Turn in Building Trust.

Speak with Titus next to him to update Found Underground. Then head north and jump off the cliff,
gliding over the Windstream. Aim for the rock structure below.

Head east to go up a hill to get to Shura Steadfast. Kill her and loot her ragged sword.

Follow the road west through a tunnel. When you get to the other side, head down the hills going
through a few switchbacks until you get to a wooden entrance.

Head inside and use the stone statue to update the quest and head inside.

When inside, use the lever to update the quest.

Then kill the Librarian.

A bag will appear. Use it to get a journal. Then right click the journal in your special cube to update the
quest.

Head out using the big doors.

If your map teleport is off cooldown, use it to return to Udirborg Post. If it is not, I suggest waiting as this
area is a giant maze. Then turn in your quest to Seuros.
Fly to Inggison Fortress. Use the ramp to the north of the one leading to Outremus to speak with Yulia.

Update Soar to the Corridor and then speak with Laokon near the flight statue to update the quest.

Then speak with the statue to teleport to the Inggison Outpost.

Speak with Veille to update Soar to the Corridor.

Then speak with Iaetia to update it. Pick up Leaking Drana and Drana Farm Alarm.

Speak with Auralia to pick up Silence the Murmers and Hush the Snufflers and Get to the Root of it.

Head south and start killing Balaur. Basrasa Infantry will not update the quest. Kill 10 big guys.

Youll also need to kill 10 little guys around this area. Workers only will update it healers do not.

In this entrance area, kill 3 plateback Neokins and loot them. Also kill 4 Contaminated Murmers.

You also can kill 3 Infused Crestliches to loot them.

You will need to kill and loot 3 Wandering Shrub Dagrints to loot them. They are more to the southeast.

Infused Snufflers are more in the south. Kill 4 of them.

When these quests are all down, the only quest left being tracked is Get to the Root of it. There should
be 4 blue circles to show their locations. Run in a circle around the farm to kill them until you have 6
roots from them. They will usually respawn by the time you finish running around.

Return to Inggison Outpost to turn in your quests.

Follow the road to the southeast to get to the gate. Pass through it and then head to the tunnel we used
for Besh.

When you are here, beware the dragonbound patrols. Id wait for them to walk out of the tunnel before
venturing in.

Head into the tunnel and kill the balaur making your way down the ramp. Cursetongues have a nasty
reflect skill they like to use. These mobs have a long respawn timer if you need to wait for some to
appear.

At the bottom, right click the corridor entry controller to use it. Then back away, as it is going to
explode. If you are in range, youll get stunned shortly.

Use your map teleport to return to Inggison Illusion Fortress and update the quest at Yulia. Then speak
with Outremus to turn it in. Head to the teleporter and teleport to Cygnea, our final zone.

Level 64 Part B - Cygnea

Level 64
When you arrive in, speak with Nubes to update Expedition Coalition. Pick up Cold Hands, Warm
Luceferin and Lending Both Hands.

Head into the door in the wall to speak with Atmis to turn in Expadition Coalition.

Head slightly north to Millard to pick up Not Any Fools Tool.

Head east out of the town and kill 5 Webtoe Vortiles.

Make your way west, killing 7 Vespines and looting them.

To the northwest are some Pucas. Kill one and loot the backpack from it.

Then head south and kill 5 Ksellids.

Return to Millard to update Not Any Fools Tool. Then open your wings (page up) and fly directly up to
the aether generator. Use the repair tool in your special cube.

Return to the ground to turn your quests in.

Follow the road to the northwest. Youll get to a gate. Speak with Bilogea to pick up Flowers for
Bilogea and Corral the Coral Horns.

On the right side of the gate, speak with Mosphera to update Research the Ruins. Pick up Grabbin
Grub.

Right click the Ruins location Map in your quest log. Then head through the gate to the north.

Kill 2 sets of 3 Hill Fungies and loot them for clams. These guys die in 2 hits.

Head west. Youll come to some starfish on the ground while were doing this path. Gather them when
you see them until you get 7.

Use the collapsed ruins to update your quest. Select Touch it (any other will make you choose again).
Then use the map in your special inventory again.

Head east to get to an Ancient Balaur Corpse.

A mob will spawn for you to kill.

Use the map again and head north. Kill 5 Coralhorn Tricos and loot their horns.

Also kill 3 Mosshead Fungies and loot their tentacles.

Continue north to get to the Aetheric Field Watcher. Kill him and loot his token. This mob has a long
respawn timer.

Return south to the gate and turn in the campaign. Also turn in your blue quests. Continue north to the
village and speak with Nixkon to update Cygnea Secrets.

Pick up Le Fin de Le Black Fin Tribe from Monodia two to the left of Nixkon (Ignore her other quest).
Then speak with Banetta a little more to the left and pick up A Reward for the Sword.

Speak with Ebrius behind the tent to pick up Hooch Mooch.

You should bind to the Obelisk in this village and all villages upcoming as this is a PVP area. You can and
will get killed by bloodthirsty idiots.

Head north to the blackfin village. In here, kill 5 Searazors. These guys are very tanky.

When you get more in, kill 5 Coastwatchers. These guys are not as tanky and sound like shugos.

Youll find Nixcon hiding in the west corner of the village behind so rocks. You cannot jump over the
rocks as I tried below, so go around and talk to him to update Cygnea Secrets.

Collect 3 wine barrels around the tent next to Nixcon.

Then in the village, gather 3 Shining Lumps of Soil.

Return to Nixcon to update the quest. Head west. Here we will get to the sword we need.

Hug the eastern wall to head north and get to the mural. Use the special tools in your special cube to
record it.

Return to Nixcon. Then head southwest to an ancient fossil. Update your quest at it.

Return to the village to turn in your quests. Turn in your campaign to Nixcon.

At this point, we have earned at least 387 million XP. We no longer need to do side quests, so they will
not be explained. As such, all text from here on will be in black.
Use the teleport device to return to the starting city.

Use the flight statue to take a flight to Aequis Advance Post.

Speak with Eukraton to update Guard Down, Secrets Out.

Head west out of camp and kill 3 Aetheric Field Guards.

Head south and behind a pile of rocks, use the scroll on the ground to update the quest.

Head up the stairs and into the center to get to a cutscene.

Then return north to the Advance Post to turn in your quest.

Speak to the teleport statue and teleport south.

Speak with Atrape to pick up Confiscate the Slate.

Head southwest on the road. Youll get to a stairwell leading up.

Kill 5 Balaur on top. Though pictured below, Combatants do not update the quest only sentinels and
troopers.

Head to the east side to get to Commander Nazracht. Use the Flame pepper bomb in your special cube
repeatedly on him until he dies.

Then use the cracked oath slate to update the quest.

Return to Atrape to update your quest and turn it in.

Run south to get to Erivale Territory Village and speak with Averse to update Sneeze Attack.

Follow the road north and speak with Erinos to update Sneeze Attack.

To the east, kill a Magus to get page 4.

Head into the camp and kill a Scalefist to get page 2.

Then use the scroll behind the tent to get page 3.

Return to Erinos to update the quest. Hell give you 3 options. Choose the 3rd one. Then hell give you 3
more choices. Choose the 2nd. Then hell give you 3 more options. Choose the first.
Right click Restored Bertiras Plans.

Return to the village and turn in your quest to Averse. Then use the teleport statue to get to Aequis
Outpost.

Make sure to bind to an Obelisk here. Head into the building and speak with Brunte to update Mind
Over Matter.

Follow the road southeast to speak with Noep.

Head north to get to a small camp.

Youll need to kill 2 of the mobs in here. Theyre squishy, but they turn you into a tree repeatedly. And
they have a tendancy to all aggro at once. Use AoEs and bursts to get them down. If you cannot, at least
get 1 down, die, and run back here to kill another.

When that is updated, use the portal behind them. You may have to dash through them and use it if you
couldnt kill them all.

Youll get to an area with 3 guards. Kill the right gunner first, and an assassin will appear. The gunner is
priority. Then kill the left gunner. Finally, attack the guy in the middle. Gunners hit like a truck. Use the
portal in the back to get back to Noep.

Speak with Noep and a balaur will appear. Kill it.

Speak with Noep again and then return to Brunte in the Outpost to turn in the quest.
Use the teleport statue to head north.

Make sure to bind here. Speak with Aithria to update A big plot to foil. Then, speak with Pluvis, Pruina,
and Ricoro next to her to update the quest. Speak with Aithria again to update it again.

Head north along the road and speak with Nostibas in a mini-camp on the west side of the road.

Head north into the camp. Clear your way past an assaulter and head north.

Youll find a camp with 2 mages and 2 boxes. Kill the mages and the boxes, wait for them to respawn,
and repeat.

Head north and kill the assassin wholl attack you.

At this point, see the big tent in the middle? Were going to suicide into it. Run around the tent and into
it to get to a cutscene.

After the cutscene, you will inevitably die and resurrect at Aequis. Speak with Aithria to turn in your
quest and reach level 65.

Level 65
You did it! Congratulations!
So, now what do we do? Obviously, were going to try to get some gear. How do you get gear? Thats for
another guide (one that I will not be writing).
Regardless, welcome to the master race, and have fun!
