This form is intended for use by an applicant who is the owner and operator of a professional eSports team (Team) that is seeking the right to participate
in the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS). The LCS is a league for professional play of the online video game League of Legends that is
organized by the League of Legends Championship Series LLC (League). By completing and submitting this application, you acknowledge that the
qualification process for participating in the LCS is a competitive one and not all applications will be accepted. You also acknowledge that the decision to
grant or deny a team owner application will be made by the League in its sole discretion. You understand that team participation rights are offered by the
League for one season at a time and do not renew automatically. You acknowledge that these participation rights are offered by the League free-ofcharge for the current season of the LCS, but the League reserves the right to charge team owners in future seasons for participation rights.

in the North American League of Legends Championship Series is wholly owned by

the limited liability company Mykles Gaming LLC, which is wholly owned by me,
Christopher Mykles.

While I do not know the precise ownership breakdown of the League

of Legends team TDK or the business entity that owns the team, I do know that
neither myself nor Chris Badawi nor any other person affiliated with the LA
Renegades or Mykles Gaming LLC owns any part of TDK or that entity.

Neither the LA Renegades nor Mykles Gaming LLC has merged with

TDK, is in the process of merging with TDK, or currently has plans to merge with
TDK.

Operating Agreement of Mykles Gaming LLC, which reflects the ownership

structure of the entity. This Operating Agreement has not been amended or changed
in any way since the inception of the company. As can be seen in that document, I

andmustincludethefulllengthagreementyouhavereachedwiththebuyingparty,whichmustbe
submittedforLeagueapproval.
WewillalsoprovideyouwithanOwnershipApplication,whichmustbecompletedbythebuyingpartyand

This10daygraceperiodmayberevokedpendinganylackofcooperationbytheRenegadesorganization,
atwhichpointtheTeamAgreementwillsimplybeterminated.
YouwillbeprohibitedfromholdinganyLeaguerecognizedpositionwithanyprofessionalteamforaperiodofone
year,whichincludesowner,GM,coach,analyst,orplayer
PleasenotethatthisdoesNOTaffectyourstandingasacasterofOGN,IEM,oranyotherLeague
competition.
Wewillnotbeabletodiscusstheevidencethatledtoourdecision,foravarietyofreasons,butifyouhavequestions
