Pros
Team members are treated as family, lot of freedom and opportunity to learn and grow. Transparency of work / goals, continuous push and
guidance to achieve better, space to voice your opinion and have healthy discussions and debates with team and management. HR also takes lot
of initiatives for engaging employees and having fun @ workplace
Cons
Need a detailed induction module for training new joinees
Advice to Management
Continue the process of grooming others ad helping them transform

"The Worst Place to work"

Very very difficult to find.
Cons
One of the worst place to work. They know how to torture people. Full of unethical practice and unprofessionals. They never pay salaries,
bonuses on time. And if you resigned by any chance they will make sure that they torture you so much that you beg them to release you early
and once you do that they will ask you for 3 notice period. The list can go on.....please don't join this company at all.
Advice to Management
Should behave like humans atleast. And stop all illegal and unethical practices including cheating clients.

Pros
Good team climate, support from directors, lots of learnings, open to experiences and feedback, good growth for Ambitious professionals, CTC
more cash in hand, appraisal increments better than industry, young team but very creative and hardworking,
Cons
CTC no pf, gratuity, staggered performance appraisals and payouts, top heavy management..
Advice to Management
Use performance appraisal as performance management and retain the home grown talent

Pros
Big Promises made during the induction.
Cons
1. No clear cut defined goals.
2. CEO / and his wife abusive.
3. Changes the goal sheet and responsibilities anytime.
4. Stops or pays half salaries from 3 rd month.
5. No Motivation.
6. Never does full and final settlements. No bonuses paid.
Advice to Management
Be realistic and honest and dont run away from peoples money.

Given appropriate time and knowledge to grow in the job.
One can ask any and every question from anyone around which relates to the work.
Targets are there and how to achieve them is also explained. No imposition of big responsibilities.
Clear understanding of an individual's potentials.
Motivating environment where one would love to go and work passionately.
