AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT made and executed by and between:
JUVY ARDINAL RAGOS, of legal age, Filipino, married with residence at Lot 2 Block 15
Cabaleta Street, Tatalon, Quezon City, and hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY: and,
CORAZON ALFORTE BINONDO, of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence at #53
Victory Ave., Tatalon, Quezon City, and hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.
WITNESSETH: That
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the lawful owner of a house located at #53 Victory Ave., Tatalon
Quezon City;
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is indebted to the FIRST PARTY in the principal sum of ONE
HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 160,000.00), Philippine Currency;
NOW, THEREFORE, the FIRST PARTY has agreed to secure the payment of the aforesaid loan to
the SECOND PARTY under the following terms and conditions:
1. That the FIRST PARTY lends Php 160,000.00 to the SECOND PARTY;
2. That the loan is with collateral namely:
One (1) room located at the first and second floor of the house #53 Victory Ave., Tatalon,
Quezon City owned by the SECOND PARTY;
3. That the FIRST PARTY is allowed to stay in the said room until full payment of the loan for a
minimum two (2) years.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this presents to be signed____________ at
