Basic information _________________________________________________________________

I am happy to have the chance to apply for a

faculty position in Mathematics (For Boards
& Competitive) at your organization. Enclosed
is a copy of my current curriculum vitae for
your reference.
My teaching philosophy has developed
throughout my experience as a student. I
believe in imparting "out-of-the-curriculum"
education, apart from providing the theoretical
base, which is vital to groom the students in
order to make them capable enough to survive
in this highly competitive environment. As you
might appreciate, the most successful classes
are those which focus on high level of student
participation.
I aim to create a psychological contract with
every individual student so as to develop his
total personality. I would also be interested in
developing new courses and teaching pedagogy
which will aim to overcome the traditional
routine and will ameliorate the right kind of
attitude in the students.
My experience in the industry will be helpful
in correlating the theory and its practical
implications to provide the student a "real"
framework so that they can actually apply the
concepts in practical life. I aim to arrange
seminars and workshops periodically to impart
more learning to students. Exposing them to
various live projects will give them a feel
regarding how things work out in ground
realities.
