M/s. COMPETENT MACHINERIES, a partnership firm manufactures complete

Plant and Machineries, Moulds to make R. C. C. Spun Pipes. The Company
was incorporated in 1988 and is a partnership firm owned by Mr. C. P.
Singhal & Family who actively manages a dedicated team of engineering,
marketing and administrative professionals.
Products and Services
We at Competent always believe in quality and timely delivery of our
products. Starting from the visualization to installation & production, the
complete responsibility can be entrusted in the hands of our capable team.
We have all the necessary infrastructure for handling Fabrication jobs viz.
Plate Bending Machines, Welding, various types of Drills, Gas Cutters,
Grinding, Lathe Machines. Apart from this we also have arrangements with
Reputed Cast Iron, S.G.Iron & Steel Casting Foundry to cast material at per
our Design and specifications; actual casting done by our own workers.
Our main manufacturing activities are the basic machines as Molding
Bench along with the Reaves Gear Machine, Pipe carrying trolley, steel
reinforcement cage making machine, the overhead track for smooth
maneuverability of pipes produced, line shaft system for centralized power
transmission.

We have been regularly fabrication & supplying various components for

Conveyor plants, misc fabrication items for Industries. We have acquired one
acre land for increasing our output and having in-house machining facility for
all our products.
For the Deptt. Of Electricity & its clients we have been supplying complete
plants to make PCC Poles.
For the Construction Industry we have been regular Exporter & suppliers of
concrete mixer machines in a wide array of sizes, and other items as per
customer specs.
We are also making machines for various testing facilities as Three EdgeBearing Load Testing, Hydrostatic Water Testing, Absorption Test and Cube
Testing.
The expert machine installation workmen are also sent to work on the site for
speedy work. It is ensured that he leaves the plant only after trail
production.
Over 90% spun pipe plant owners in Eastern India and Nepal recommend
Competent. Sri Lanka,Bhutan & Bangladesh provides an excellent market
for our machines. We have a wide clientele from states of Rajasthan, Bihar,
West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Tripura, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh and
Mizoram.

2008-09 we completed Supply, Installation & Operation of R.C.C.PIPE

making plant at L & T LTD. Project Site DIAL INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT. The end client & inspection was conducted by GMR
INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. This is completed by our associate concern
M/s. Yatharth Exports Pvt. Ltd.
Producing P.S.C. Concrete Poles at Kolkata under RGGVY scheme by
our associate concern M./s. LAXMI-SRI INDUSTRIES
Producing R.C.C. CONCRETE PIPES (SPUN PIPES) at Bhubaneswar for
ARSS INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. for the Cuttack-Paradeep Road and other
road projects under NHAI.
Acquired a Three Acre Plot to manufacture Fly Ash Bricks. AN ECOFRIENDLY PROJECT HAVING TREMENDOUS POTENTIAL.
Jayratne contractors, Lankan hume pipe, Industrial concrete works,
Komuthi engineering are some of our regular customers in Sri anka.
We completed complete Installation & Running of a R.C.C. Spun Pipe
Plant for M/s. Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd. For their BALCO.
Chhatisgarh Projects.
Provide Moulds to L & T for their OWSSB Drainage Puri Project and
kolkata AJC Bose Road Flyover Project.
Provided Moulds to Tantia Construction Co. Ltd. Kolkata for Mizoram &
Kolkata.
Provided Moulds to Adhunik Infrastructure Ltd. Kolkata.
Supplied Concrete Mixers to Valecha Engineering Ltd. for their Mizoram
