Procedure and the localrules ofthism ostHonorable Court. Intervenorfirsttiled a related case
in the U SD C for the M iddle DistrictofR orida,O cala Division in Schonberg etalv.Bernie
W hen intervenor signed hisagreem entwith Beck and Lee,he believed thatBeck and Lee
(POTUS)foratleastthefollowingreasons:
(a)AsSecretary ofState,HRC setup andusedaprivateemailservertoconduct
governm entbusiness. Thism atterw asextensively investigated by the FBland itsD irector,
Jam esCom ey. Director Com ey concluded thatH RC and heraides were Gdextrem ely careless in
theirhandling ofvery sensitive,highly d assitied inform ation.'' A lthough no crim inalcharges

theclassmem berswould receiveonly afew centson the dollaron thecostoftheircontributions
to Bernie Sanders.

m em bers,itw ould have pled thatH RC 'S presum ptive nom ination w as based on fraud and
