The Committee on Transportation chaired by the undersigned is scheduled to hold its
Committee Meeting on the 19th day of July, 2016, Tuesday, at 10:00 A.M., at the
Conference Room B of the New City Hall, Sta. Monica to discuss these important matters to
wit:
N.122 Letter dated July 3, 2014 from Honorable Miguel T. Cuaderno IV, City
Councilor, Chairman, Committee on Transportation, addressed to Mr.
Samson Negosa, City Secretary, this City, forwarding the attached
letter of Mr. Romeo T. Vargas, President, Maoyon, Babuyan Tricycle for
hire, with the route of Maoyon, Babuyan, Centro, Sitio Anilawan,
Barangay San Rafael, Barangay Maruyugon, Tanabag, Concepcion and
vice versa, for information and appropriate action.
N.125 Letter dated November 05, 2014 from Honorable Lucilo R. Bayron, City
Mayor, addressed to Hon. Vice Mayor Luis Marcaida III, and to the
Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, thru Mr. Samson
Negosa, City Secretary, this City, transmitting the attached Barangay
Resolution No. 34 of Barangay Bacungan entitled A Resolution
Requesting Hon. Lucilo R. Bayron to grant members of the Barangay
Bacungan Tricycle Operator and Drivers Association (TODA) franchise
to operate as a legal public Utility vehicle unit within the City of Puerto
Princesa, for information and appropriate action.
N.126 1st Endorsement dated June 14, 2015 from Honorable Vice Mayor Luis
M. Marcaida III, thru Mr. Samson Negosa, City Secretary, this city, a
Barangay Resolution No. 15-2015 of Bgy. Mangingisda, this City,
entitled: Isang Panukala na humihiling sa Kgg. Na Vice Mayor
Marcaida, CTFRB Chairman at buong Miembro ng Sangguniang
Panlungsod na mabigyan ng prangkisa ang mga may-ari ng tricycle na
bumibyahe dito sa Barangay Mangingisda, Lungsod na
ito, for
information and appropriate action.
N.32 Letter dated January 22, 2015, from Ms. Aileen Cynthia M. Amurao, CG
Department Head II, City Tourism Officer, addressed to the Honorable
Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod thru Mr. Samson A. Negosa,
City Secretary, this City, requesting for the repeal or amendment of
Subsection (7) of City Ordinance No. 562, entitled, An Ordinance
providing minimum requirements to all motorcycles rentals in the City
of Puerto Princesa, for information and appropriate action.
N.123 1ST Endorsement dated November 26, 2014 from Honorable Vice Mayor
Luis M. Marcaida III, endorsing to the Honorable Members of the 14 th
Sangguniang Panlungsod, City Councilm thru Mr. Samson A. Negosa,
City Secretary, this City, the attached letter dated November 24, 2014,
from Atty. Elena M. Vergara-Rodriguez, City Administrator, forwarding
the attached Resolution No. 50, series of 2014, of the Sangguniang
Barangay of Manalo, this City, entitled: A Resolution requesting the
Honorable Lucilo R. Bayron, City Mayor, to grant the operation of

MANTODA, as the only source of transportation serving in the
barangay, for information and appropriate action.
