and Conditions of Use), because terms defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use generally

Account and using our Services, you are consenting to this Privacy Policy and agreeing to be bound
by the Terms and Conditions of Use.
Just to be clear when we refer to we, us or our in this Privacy Policy, we mean Gold Plate Games

must agree to those third partys privacy policies in order to use our Apps, and removal of
information held by such third party will be governed by that third partys privacy policy.

Creating a User Account


Before you can use our Apps, you must create a User Account. You promise that you will
only provide us with true and accurate information (including Personal Information) when
creating your User Account.

When creating a User Account, well ask you to submit certain Personal Information,
including for example, your first name, last name, date of birth, username, gender, location,
email address and password. There may also be an option for you to link your Facebook
and/or Google (or similar) accounts with your User Account. If you choose to link your User
Account with your Facebook and/or Google (or similar) accounts, you are authorising us to
be provided with information about you from those accounts, such as (without limitation)
your name, picture, gender, location and birthday.

We will use this information and other information collected about you so we can provide
you with access to our Apps and our Services and to allow advertising materials to be
displayed in connection with the use of our Apps and Services. For example, we will use the
information to:

Information Collected While Using Our Apps


We use stored and session cookies to automatically collect information about your IP
address, web browser and/or device each time you navigate through our websites or use
our Apps. A cookie is a small data file thats stored on your device or web browser when
you access our websites or Apps. Cookies dont necessarily actually personally identify you,
but they can identify your computer or device.

Session cookies enable you to suspend your browsing activities on the websites or use of
our Apps and come back after a limited time without losing your page or having to re-enter
your log in details. Cookies are only used to identify a User Account and/or remember your
preferences.

You may be able to set up your browser or device so it does not accept our cookies (or they
are deleted), but if you do not accept our cookies (or you delete them), then you may not

have access to our full range of Services or all aspects of our Apps and it may detract from
your experience.

Our Apps also incorporate Unity Analytics which assists us monitor and analyze web traffic
and user behavior. Unity Analytics is a third party software owned by Unity Technologies
ApS and we share user information with Unity Technologies ApS to allow Unity Analytics to
operate in conjunction with our Apps to allow us to monitor and analyze user behavior. By
using our Apps and Services you are consenting to us sharing information (potentially
including Personal Information) with Unity Technologies ApS and you acknowledge that such
information will be used by Unity Technologies ApS in accordance with Unity Technologies
ApS privacy policy.

Using Your Information


We may contract with third parties to assist maintain and provide our Services. Such third
parties may provide services including (without limitation) data hosting, data security and
communications support. Those third parties may be located outside Australia (including,
without limitation, in the U.S.) and may provide their services from outside Australia. Such
contracted third parties (whether located within or outside Australia) will likely be provided
with access to certain Personal Information related to you, but only for the purpose of
providing their services to us or providing our Services directly to you on our behalf.

essential to our Services or the Apps. We will remove you from any communications lists at

were otherwise required to keep it by law or for as long as we need it to provide you the
Services (whichever is the longest).

If you choose to link your Facebook and/or Google accounts with your User Account, we will
use your profile picture from whichever account you link to your User Account and have
access to your friends lists to display to your friends that our Apps are being used by you.

Storing and Protecting Your Information


Information associated with your User Account (including Personal Information) will be
stored in Google Cloud Storage (owned by Google Inc.). The storage of such information is
subject to the Google Inc. privacy policy, so information we store in Google Cloud Storage
will be governed by that privacy policy, and by using our Apps and Services you are
consenting to us storing your Personal Information in Google Cloud Storage.

We will use reasonable security measures (which may include engaging third parties outside
Australia to provide such security measures) to protect your Personal Information from loss
or unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

If we disclose your Personal Information to third parties in accordance with this Privacy
Policy, we will endeavour to ensure that those third parties only use your Personal
Information for the specific purposes for which we provide it to them (e.g. to assist with
securing data) and consistently with this Privacy Policy (and their independent privacy
policies).

You are entitled to know what Personal Information we hold about you and to request
updates to such information. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may
have regarding Personal Information we hold about you.

Payment

We do not store your credit card details.

9.2

All payments made using our Apps are processed via Apple Pay or Google Wallet. In order
to make such payments, you must register with Apple Pay or Google Wallet and agree to
Apple's Privacy Policy and the various legal documents and notifications made available by
Apple in your country and/or Google Pays Privacy Policy and Google Pays Terms of Service.
We note payments made by Apple Pay are also subject to your credit card issuer's terms

9.3

In order to allow Apple Pay and Google Wallet to process payments in our Apps we must
share certain information with Apple Inc. and Google Inc., but we only share information
necessary to process the relevant payment.
