MUTUAL AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED AT HYDERABAD

The 2nd party accepts that the 1st party agreed to provide
the ITES project to the 2nd party on an interim
arrangement of 1 ID

1 The 2 party accepts that the 1 party decision will be the final on deciding all the
disputes provided the disputes should be convincible within both the
parties.

Percentage (As per the quality based) by the 2 nd party which will be executed by him. The
billing amount will be paid to on Monthly basis from the date of work submitting to the 1 st party
subject to conditions set out and agreed between either parties.

The 2nd party accepts that the 1st party agrees to provide ITES project from time to time
regularly to the 2nd party if the 2nd party complete the Project on satisfactory of the first Party.

The amount which you paid is refundable when you completed three successful projects then
only you have the right to ask about the payment which you deposited

The 2nd party accepts that the 1st party will only be responsible for payment on satisfactory
completion of work by the 2nd party.

The 2nd party accepts that the 1 st party is at liberty to terminate the contract with one month prior
notice to the2nd party.

The 2nd party accepts that if there is any kind of delay in placing Q. C Report or Project the 2 nd
party should cooperate with the 1st party for 3 days.

The 2nd party accepts that the 1st party accepts to provide a Single system data processing
project

The 2nd party is transferred non-refundable amount to 1st party on below account,

The salary will be given when and only when you completed the work of ( 300/200/100 ) within
(30/20/10) days and also not more than 120/80/40 errors (it includes comma, full stop,
everything what ever mentioned in instructions), The salary will be given only when you
completed the project with not more than mistakes(according to your project considered), and
also after 20 working days of submission please make co operation. Each percentage carries
four mistakes for 300 pages project only. And for remaining 100/200 page projects the count of
mistakes decreases as mentioned above.

The 2nd party accepts the Accuracy and Payments very clearly
WORD Project
The accuracy should be
Above 90% accuracy = Rs.90/- Page*
Above 80% accuracy = Rs.80/- Page*
Above 70% accuracy = Rs.70/- page
below 70% accuracy = no payment
The 2nd party accepts that Payments will be done within 2 working days after you receive the accuracy
report. And The 2nd party accepts that 20 working days for getting the accuracy report

after the deadline of the work if submitted within the deadline. Please cooperate with us if it
is late a little bit also.

The 2nd party accepts the SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMAGE TO WORD Tagging
NOTE : PLEASE DONT DELETE THE SENT MAIL UNTILL YOU RECEIVE THE QC REPORT ,
AND UNTILL YOU CONFIRM THE QC REPORT BY CHECKING THE QC REPORT IN MAIL, ,WE
ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES OCCURRED BY MAIL.

Parameters for slot complete rejection (100%)any one of the following is mistake the
project will be rejected

File name given is wrong, title mistake, page no mistake. (Including the zip folder name)

Incomplete file.(if one line also )

Notepad files present in the zip file,

Total number of image files and WORD files are different.

Extra temporary files found or file not zipped.

If extra files (even one file ,page ) more than your slot the complete project is rejected

Font size not in round figure.

Other page data found.

The files should be in WORD only, apart from that if any other format except WORD format;
the whole slot will be rejected. even if one page also if any other font then the whole project
is rejected.

The files are zipped by any other software except WinZip

If each job work has not sent as a separate attachment and in separate e-mail

If any extra(one enter also) enters in any page at the end of the page.

The 2nd party accepts that Instructions for IMAGE to WORD Conversion (Typing)

New page data of IMAGE file should start from new WORD file

File name should be given as it is given to the image file.

Use tables instead of Column.

Type the text as it appears in the IMAGE file. If you have not found in instructions

Flow Chart, images, graphs should be ignored.

If word cuts in IMAGE file then the same should be done in text file.

Justification is not required even if it is done in the IMAGE file.

Extra enters and different enter size would be considered as error.


1.we had given an instruction list you have to follow the instruction and to the work.If you
have any doubt regarding the Instruction you have to mail to the our mail Id. Because staff is
not at all responsible for your doubts. Clarification.According to your project the instructions
will be given. So according to your project Id and Instruction will be given.So,
Elite Technologies on phone call could not given the clarification. On your doubt

Because on phone call some misunderstanding may happen by listening or by understanding,
so pragathiinfotech is not at all responsible for this confusion. That is why you have to mail
with your Id, about your doubt we will clarify your doubts is return mail. If you follow the
instructions for you & us we will not get any clashes. We will have on proof on b/w both of us
about Instruction.
2. If you follow the Instructions then only your eligible for the salary. and also your deposited
amount after three successful project than only you will get the refundable amount.

*If first work is successful then only we will give the second work if the first work is
not successful at least 70% the second work will not be given and the amount you paid
is also not refundable.
* 90% = 90rs
* 80% = 80rs
* 70% = 70rs
* If Below 70% you are not eligible for the salary and also the amount paid by you
also not refundable. So please do the work at least 70%.
Everything which we have given instruction you have to follow, according to the
instructions then
Only you will receive the salary .if beyond the instructions if you have any doubts
then you can follow the image and do the work. Then you will receive the salary.
The 2nd party accepts the Instructions to follow while TYPING.
Every line should match with the corresponding line in the IMAGE; hence the pages shall

Font should be BOOK ANTIQUE font size of 13 for the body text.

If the word cuts in the IMAGE file then the same should be done in text file. If a line ends in

IMAGE file then the same should be done in text file. You have to give an enter when the line

The files should be saved in and it should be attached to the e-mail and should be send it
within the slot period

On the prescribed date with in 10:00 AM. . After 10:00 AM the files will not be accepted.

Send all the completed job works to the specified email within the deadline.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED BY THE 2nd PARTY

The 2 party accepts that the percentage deduction list for the errors done as per the
instructions which we have forwarded already
The company decision will be the final on deciding all the disputes
The 2nd party accepts that the company decision will be the final on deciding all
the disputes.
The 2nd Party accepts that there is NO WORK OR REWORK is to be
given if 2nd party does not meet minimum accuracy level of 70%

If any problem arises for qc or payment we are not responsible because


we are only the mediators just we can give the guidelines how to approach
the company and we will be with you until the problem rectifies
The 2nd party accepts that no dispute shall be entertained regarding Q.C (Quality Checking)
Report. The accuracy will be decided by the technical officials of the company and is final
and cannot be changed.
If the agreement cancelled by us in the middle of the project.
when you received the mail by pragathiInfotech that the project is cancelled, after receiving
the cancellation mail ( after three months of the cancellation you will receive the deposited
amount )however you will be charged for services rendered
After you receiving the project within 5 days you have to mail us your address proof and id
proof scanned copies, if not your project is not considered

THE 2ND PARTY ACCEPTS THAT REJECTION CRITERIA (100%):

If file name of the converted WORD file does not match with the correspondence image file
name.
If file should not be completed and not to send it before the deadline mentioned by the
company.
If File name given wrong including the zip file name and the WORD file names.
If there is difference between the no. of pages in IMAGE file and the HTML file.
If files found in the zip file except WORD files (including temporary files).
Incomplete File
The 2nd party accepts that Payment Details:

1.The 2nd party can start your project contract will be Valid for 3 months Project. After
renewal
2. The 2nd party accepts that at any circumstances the deposit amount is not Refundable and
Transferable.
3. The 2nd party accepts that there is No Rework for the Job which has been submitted once.
4. We are only mediators between you and company. if any problems arise the company not
our responsible
5. SRUJANAINFOTECH cannot be held responsible for non-working occurred on account
of natural calamity / change in law / unforeseen circumstances. And no claim / representation
shall be entertained.
6. The 2nd party accepts that if his or her account is terminated or seized due to any reason(s)
mentioned above, Ill not ask for any kind of refund from the Company.
If any problems occur between both of us we have the right to cancel our agreement at any
time AND
I AM 18 YEARS [OR ABOVE] OF AGEAND hereby, accept the opportunity of executing
Word Tagging, without any External or Internal pressure and opt for Word Tagging to be
executed only in his office . I shall not get the work done from any outside commercial
agency or individual. I have also gone through the Terms of Offer, as described above (after
having gone through the terms thoroughly in my full conscience) and acknowledge that I
understand and agree to terms set fort here above voluntarily and willingly and am bound by
the same.
I accept that the court in alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction as regards any claims or
matters arise in out of dealings with .SRUJANAINFOTECHand all disputes will be
governed by the laws of INDIA

The2nd party accepts and agrees to be bound by the said terms and conditions and to any
changes made therein from time to time by company its sole discretion with the notice to the
2nd party
The 2nd party agrees that I have no objection to terminate my account for any kind of illegal
activities.
WE, the parties have signed this agreement on understanding the covenants explicitly and clearly

The amount which you paid as deposit amount is refundable when you completed 3
successful projects. Otherwise it will be not refund.
Salary will be sent to your home address through cheque or DD with bill name

1) The salary for your time period is given when you completed the work with not more
than your percentage of mistakes
2) I agree that I read the instructions and agreement to start the work.
3) If you completed the work according to the instructions and agreement, then your
project payment, and also the next project you will receive. After the second project
your deposit amount is also refundable.
4) If you do the work beyond the instructions, you have to agree whatever we followed.
5) If project of the mail and Bill comes at our end that work will not be cancelled at any
cost.
6) If you do more mistakes without following instructions & Agreement your project
will be rejected.
7) If you not following the agreement and instructions you are not eligible for the salary,
deposit amount and also the next project .This agreement is cancelled completely.
8) We agreed about the percentage calculated by the company 1%=4mistakes.
9) We have the right to cancel the agreement at any period of time .
10) If you have any doubts regarding the project you have to mail to the company for your
doubts. Because we will issue the project by different companies each company have
different instructions so by mail only we can clarify the doubts so company staff by
speaking might be happen some misunderstanding so please confirm your doubts only
by mail, if beyond by mail our company does not take any responsibility regarding
this .so please contact us only through mail ten only we take the responsibility so
please try to understand and co-operate with us. The doubts which we are
clarifying in mail or phones is only our extra service , please co operate
with us, Every instruction is completely mentioned in instructions and
agreement. Finally dont depend up on staff depend up on only
instructions, The final judgment (about QC )is only considered according to
the instructions and agreement

11) If the first project is rejected you are not eligible for the second project and our
agreement will be cancelled.
12) These instructions are apply for addresses project also
