ITO.

Audit & Tax Audit Reports : Interaction with Statutory Auditors regarding audit and other matters;
preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Accounts; Trial Balance, Trading Chart, Cash Flow for
Audit and Tax Audit purpose.

TDS ( of all types) : TAN application, Calculation, deduction, preparation and payment of monthly
TDS as well as Quarterly of various types of TDS Online, Issue of Quarterly Certificates and Yearly
Form No. 16A; completion of assessment procedures.

Sales Tax/ VAT (at present) : Application of VAT Number, Calculation, preparation and remittance
of payments as well as returns(Quarterly) with set off thereof and return for Refund; Completion of
assessment & Scrutiny presiding by providing necessary documents; preparation of VAT Audit report
and its submission of online. Sales Tax assessment VAT, CST, & Entry Tax and working of VAT Refund.

Service Tax : Application of Service Tax Number; Calculation, preparation and payment of challans
& half yearly ST-3 returns online submit etc.

Excise : General understanding of Excise procedures. Ensure proper recording of Excise records, as
PLA, RG registers, Stock Registers, Preparation & Submission of Monthly-Quarterly & Yearly Returns,
Maintain CENVAT account etc. and its accounting thereof, as prescribed by Excise Department time to
time.

Export Procedures : All Workings & preparation of all documents, pertaining to Exports to be
submitted to Excise Department and other related documents like ARE, Shipping Bill, EP Copy, BRC,
M. Bill etc., Drafting & Submission of Return, Rebate Claims and CT-1, Bond Applications etc.

Other Works : SAP project implementation work for FI, MM & SD, General Administrative and office
works, Coordinate with time office & store department for proper functioning, Managing purchase &
Transportation etc.

Present Assignments: Maintaining all accounts works by scrutinizing entries, final scrutiny of
ledger accounts, passing closing entries and preparation of Accounts Statements, preparation of Tax
audit reports and Depreciation statements; providing statements necessary for assessment works of
Income Tax, Profession Tax, VAT etc. Over and above scrutiny of salary, Profession Tax, TDS and
