Peace be with you!
Last May 2016, our church just celebrated it 5 th year of being a parish and due to the increasing demand
of faith, we are being challenged to give more and do more in Jesus name. This year, our church aims to
emphasize more of its vision and mission in service to its Catholic faithful therefore, Jesus is telling us to
be more pro-active in performing our roles as His apostles.
This coming 6th of August, ALL MEMBERS AND OFFICERS OF ALL CHURCH MINISTRIES are
REQUIRED to attend the General Assembly at 9:30 AM, Saturday, in our parish. The following things
will be discussed on the said assembly:

Re-organization of ministries
Discussion of roles and functions of each ministry
Active involvement in all parish activities
Agape of all ministries
Mass Sponsorship by ministry
Other matters

This letter intends to instruct ALL BARANGAY PASTORAL COORDINATORSto re-organizetheir
officers with the following office:

Also, the Parish Pastoral Council will schedule its visit to the barangay which will involve the Barangay
Council and Barangay Pastoral Officers and will be scheduled every Saturday and Sunday, starting
August 6, 2016. (Attached herewith is the complete schedule of barangay visit) Also, this coming July 6
will be devoted as our General Assembly to be attended by ALL MINISTRIES of the church including the
Barangay Pastoral Coordinators. Therefore, each barangay should have already their list of new officers
to be submitted on August 6, during the assembly. Elected Barangay Pastoral Officers are also encouraged
to attend the General Assembly.
