SPECIAL TENDER CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT.

The contractor shall carry out the work mentioned in the estimate and
shall be as per the drawing, specification, relevant I.S. and according to
PWD Manual.
Bill shall be submitted by the contractor to the chairman of V.W.S.C
periodically and Chairman of V.W.S.C has to forward that bill for
scrutiny to D.W.S.C through field officer.

 If Chairman of V.W.S.C has any complain regarding the work, it shall be

pointed out immediately during the work in progress and contractor is
bound to rectify the same immediately.
The contractor is entitled to get the payment of bill of the work done
within 15 days after submitting the bill to the Chairman of V.W.S
All rules and regulation on any dispute over tender item will be
considered as mentioned in P.W.D Manual.
The contractor shall appoint Civil Engineer for the supervision of work,
quality and technically.
All the concrete work shall be expose concrete and shuttering for the
same shall be in good quality.
Work as per Schedule shall be carried out as per relevant specification of
item according to PWD as well as Water Supply Manual and Instruction
of Engineer in Charge.
