o Objective
1. The primary objective of the research is To compare the job satisfaction level of the
employees of multinational corporations and public sector undertakings.
2. The secondary objective of research is To prove that job satisfaction level of the employees
of multinational corporations is more than that of the employees of public sector
undertakings.
3. To suggest ways to increase the level of job satisfaction level can also be increases.
o Limitation of study
It is not possible to remove the limitation of any investigaters. So this project also has certain
limitation that are as
1. Information was gathered through the rating of the subject, thus biasness is possible.

2. As the sample size was small it is possible that it may not represents the precise picture.
o Time Limit
The time limit taken for conducting the research was very less it could also be one of the
limitations of the study.
o Research Methodology
Market research defined as the systematic and objective research
for and analyses of information relevant to the identification and
solution of any problem field of marketing.
Marketing research is the systematic design, collection analysis
and reporting of data and finding relevant to specific market
situation facing the company.
Research Design:
A research design specifies the methods and procedures for conducting a particular study. In this
research I have use following research methods.

Primary Data: I have collected data by interviewing employee for research and randomly
selected employee. I will use the structured questioners.
Secondary Data: I will collect data from the available sources like internet, journals, newspaper,
published data etc.
Research Instrument: In this survey the research instrument used was questionnaire
method.
Field Work: The information will be collected from employee by personally asking them questions
and filling the questionnaire In this survey the research instrument used was questionnaire

Data Processing:
Daily data will be entered into MS-Excel sheets. After the exhaustion of the specified geographical area this data will be analyzed using simple graphical and tabulation techniques.
Hypothesis:
The hypothesis of the study that the employees of multinational corporations have a higher job
satisfaction level as compare to the employees of Public sector undertakings is proved. It is
evident from the interpretation of the data that there are 24.7% of employees of multinational
corporations who are highly satisfied with their jobs as compared to
13.6% employees of Public sector undertakings
