to have additional testing done at the hospital if you pay for it so that you can counter their test
results with your own test results? If the cop does not tell you all these things, I have the motion
you can use to suppress either the results of failing the test or your refusal to take it!
4.) Did you know that you cannot be Arrested and taken into Custody for Driving While License
Suspended? See RCW 10.31.100(2)(a)(b) and (c) and RCW 46.64.015.
5.) Did you know that possession of Marijuana is not unlawful if you are the “ultimate user”?
6.) Did you know that IRS LIENS & LEVIES are unlawful because the IRS skipped the
required process of going to Court first and getting a Judgment? That’s right the IRS is
committing fraud and you could prosecute the individual IRS agents for encumbering your
property without a valid judgment granted from a State Superior Court with the Seal of the Court
attached!
7.) Did you know that it is illegal for you Employer to Withhold any Taxes from your paycheck
unless he has a “Withholding Agreement” with the IRS? Did you know that it is a Felony for
you Employer to withhold any “moneys” without said “Withholding Agreement”?
8.) Did you know that IRS PUBLICATIONS 15 & 515 to the Employer make it clear that only
State & Government Employers are required to withhold? Do you work for the State or the
Government?
9.) Did you know that the 1040 Form is only for reporting FOREIGN SOURCE INCOME?

The Fact is that there is NO Silver Bullet. You can file any silly Expatriation
Document and Declare yourself to be Tarzan of the Jungle and declare that only the laws of the
Jungle apply to you. But the fact remains that NO matter what document you file with the
Federal Municipal Corporate State is that you are NOT Sovereign. Anybody who tells you that
filing their super secret documents will get you “out of the system” is a bull-shitter period,
and I can prove it!!!
For Example, after you file these silly documents, advertise it in a legal newspaper, the
county recorders office and file it in the office of every State Officer in the Capital and even after
you get the Secretary of the State to put their “APOSTILLE” which is nothing more than a larger
notorial seal on it, I dare any of you “EX-PATRIATORS” to take the plates off of your cars, clip
up all of your identifications, registration, insurance and just start driving around like you do
everyday. I dare you to go run a few stop signs and red lights in front of the cops and when you
get busted, just show the cop and the judge your “EXPATRIATION DOCUMENTS,” and tell
him he can’t touch you because you left the democracy and repatriated to the free American
republic and I GUARANTEE, that you will get laughed at all the way to JAIL!!!
