Work area and exclusion zones have been confirmed and communicated
Presence of overhead and underground lines, basements, ducts, pipelines, voids
and underground tank is known

All demolition equipment has been inspected

Dust suppression equipment is present
Fire-fighting measures and first aid equipment are in place

Use correct Personal Protective Equipment that is in good condition
Secure the area with barriers (e.g. red-white barrier tape)
Work only in the demarcated areas
Sign-in and out of site
Ask for more information about the demolition works if anything is unclear

Report unsafe behaviour and hazardous or unsafe situations immediately

DO NOT
Enter demolition areas unless you are authorised

Start work until you have been given permission

Handle or remove any materials if you suspect they could be hazardous or cause
personal injury
Mix or dispose demolition waste without approval
Use demolition equipment for other uses

Always use your common sense before and during the performance of your task
