Noor Fzlinda Fabeil, Kamarul Mizal Marzuki and Juliana Langgat are
lecturers in business at the School of Business and Economics within the
Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Kota Kinabalu. Their research interests are in
small firm start-up and performance, women entrepreneurship, home-based
enterprise and rural entrepreneurship, particularly in tourism-related sector.
