Decreasing my Obsession with Cleaning and Organizing
anything out of place, everything off the ground and in the right spot. What
happened after I engaged in my behavioral observation in phrase one is that
I tried to force myself to not touch anything but that did not happening
because when I saw myself I could not let anything that was not in the right
place be there. It showed that even if I tried to stop myself, I could not like it
happening because in my mind i like everything to be showed as a
showpiece.
My behavioral research that I will be doing is decreasing my obsession
with cleaning and organizing. During phrase one I had been overseeing
myself of how I organize and clean. When I looked back on to the chart it
seemed like the numbers was between one to thirty-seven. In this plan I am
going to divide each of the subjects into two charts so I can see how I am
doing. On the cleaning and organizing charts, I have sorted out that on the
plan; I put 10 per day, 20 times per day, 30 times per day, 40 times per day,
50 times per day, and 60 times per day. Im trying to decrease my cleaning
and organizing is that I have to do a punishment on my chart it shows if I do
it this many time I have to hit myself with an elastic band this much time, for
example; 10 times per day, if I go over that that means I have to hit myself
with an elastic 3 times. On my chart I wanted to have a reward because it
will help me decrease my organizing and cleaning. Its shows on the reward
chart that I have put cookie, apple pie, candy and movie. Those are going to
be the four rewards that I will get if I have the numbers below on my plan.
