Each Tab corresponds to a module, each module has one or several courses.
For each course, mark your projected date and time of attendance, with the corresponding instructor
Once you have actually attended the class, mark the actual date and time of attendance, with the corresponding instructor
There are two coaching modules:
Peer Coaching as a Client: you are required to serve as a client to your peer, for a total of 15 hours of coaching.
For each Session, mark the session's date and time and your coach
Peer Coaching as a Coach, you are required to be a coach to your peers, for a total of 15 hours.
The sheet accommodate for 3 clients, however you can add more clients if needed.
This Tab contains the additional requirements (e.g: research paper, case study, etc..).
For each requirement, mark your scheduled date of submission, and your actual submission date.
