and seemed to always make decisions that were moral. He always ensured that
everyone within the organization was well informed of their responsibilities and
made sure that employees were never coerced or threatened.
My personal ethics drive my behaviors and guide me towards making the
right ethical decisions. My interactions within and outside the organization are
conducive to my ethical principles. I am determined to follow my ethical
principles especially among those that might have different perspectives. My
personal ethics are the principles to my behaviors and as a leader I realize that
they play an important part in fulfilling the duties of the position. I believe that
my personal ethics positively influence my behavior. I enjoy having an ethical
structure in which it is my moral duty to do what is morally right despite the
consequences.
Implementing an ethical culture in the organization requires that
everyone understands what is moral within the organization. The process of
implementing an ethical culture consists of the following. First, I would start
with an ethical diagnosis to determine the current condition of the
organization. Second, I would make sure that the organization has engaged
leadership since they will be responsible for shaping the organization. Third, I
would implement the targeted socialization process which helps employees
learn their individual roles while learning about the organizations culture.
Fourth, I would ensure that employees receive continued training on ethics in
an effort to increase the moral sensitivity. Finally, I would proceed to implement
