Are the children playing soccer now?
Las contracciones isnt / arent, se usan cuando uno conoce a la
persona con quien conversa. Algunos verbos duplican la consonante
final antes de agregar ing: swim swimming / run - running

Plural of Nouns
A la mayora de nombres (nouns) se les agrega una -s al
final para formar el plural: pen - pens
Excepciones:
1. Palabras que terminan en consonante + y, la y cambia a
i y se agrega es: city cities / baby - babies
2. Palabras que terminan en vocal + y, se agrega s: boy
boys / toy toys
3. Palabras que terminan en s, ss, sh, ch, x, o, se
agrega es: fox foxes / watch watches
4. Palabras que terminan en f o fe, cambian a ves: leaf
leaves / wife lwives
Irregular form:
1. Cuando el singular y plural no cambian: fish fish
2. Cuando el plural cambia: child children / man - men

Possessive Case ()
Se usa para expresar la posesin
cuando el poseedor es una persona, un
animal o un pas, Cuando el poseedor:
1. est en singular: Anas book.
2. est en plural acabado en -s:
My friends car.
3. est en plural que no acaba en -s:
The mens coats.
4. es un nombre propio acabado en -s
admite las dos opciones: Charless
pen / Charles pen
5. es un objeto se usa la preposicin
of: The leg of the table.
