Henry Schein Dental supports "Villa Pardoes"

Almere, July 4, 2016 - Once a year Henry Schein Dental
organizes the biggest annual dental event in the
Netherlands. The Dental Event is the place for information
about the latest products and developments. In addition,
each year the event traditionally supports a good cause.
This year, the event supported Henry Schein Dental
organization, "Villa Pardoes", an initiative of the Nature
Park Foundation Efteling.
Villa Pardoes is housed in an independent foundation and
has the CBF hallmark for charities. The idea for Villa
Pardoes is based on the successful concept of the
organization "Give Kids The World" that in the United
States offers sick children a place to getaway. Villa Pardoes
is intended for children with severe, sometimes lifethreatening illness and their families.
"We are very pleased to support the Villa Pardoes" says
Cees Balder, Managing Director of Henry Schein Dental in
Netherlands. "It's terrible to see children suffer. For these
sick children a smile and providing energy for their future
is a great thing. We are very pleased and grateful for the
support we have received during our Dental Event from
our customers for this important charity. "
In addition to the many donations made by visitors to the
Dental Event also Team Schein Members and the Henry
Schein organization contributed to this donation so that
Henry Schein could hand over a check for 6000.
This initiative is part of Henry Schein Cares, the global
program for corporate Henry Schein. Henry Schein Cares
seeks to improve access to care for disadvantaged
populations globally through three focus areas: health,
prevention, treatment and education, emergency
preparedness and emergency response, and capacity
development of health care.
