PROMISSORY NOTE

Ms. CECIL SURMEON, likewise Filipino, of legal age, single and resident of
Pagadian City, the sum of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,000.00) on or
before _______________, with an interest of SEVEN PERCENT (7%) per
month, starting on _________________.
Failure on my part to pay any of the foregoing debt shall entitle payee
hereof to demand payment of the obligation in court. Or otherwise, further, I
shall undertake to comply my obligation even without the necessity of prior
demand, be it written or oral so long as the same is due and demandable
