INTRODUCTION

Vision and Mission


Brigade Enterprises Ltd is a land advancement organization. They are one of the main
property engineers in the urban communities of Bangalore and Mysore, and are growing to
different urban areas in Southern India. The organization is fundamentally occupied with the
advancement of private, business and accommodation properties in South India.
The organization was built up on May 29, 1990 as an association firm with the name Brigade
Enterprises which was therefore changed over into a private constrained organization called
Brigade Enterprises Pvt Ltd on November 8, 1995. The organization was consolidated as an
open constrained organization with the present name on July 20, 2007.
The organization finished the development of Brigade Gardens in January 1992. In April
1994, they finished the extravagance lofts venture, Brigade Residency in Mysore which is
initial one outside Bangalore. In June 2000, they propelled 'Property I' scope of extravagance
administration condo in Bangalore and in December 2001, they finished the task to be

In August 2002, Brigade Developers Pvt Ltd and Brigade Investments and Projects Pvt Ltd

October 2005, Brigade Constructions Pvt Ltd converged with organization with impact from

The organization fused Brigade Estates and Projects Pvt Ltd and Brigade Properties Ltd on

In July 2008, the organization won an offer for the property of 10.5 sections of land on Old

SHARE CAPITAL:

equity shares of the Company to the eligible employees on exercise of options granted under
the Brigade Enterprises Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2011.

FINANCIAL OVERVIEW: During the financial year 2014-15, the Company has on a
standalone basis, clocked a total income of ` 100,801 Lakhs as compared to ` 91,577 Lakhs
for the previous year ended 31st March, 2014, an increase of 10% on a year-on- year basis.
EBITDA has increased from ` 30,194 Lakhs to ` 31,525 Lakhs an increase of 4%. Profit after
tax was at ` 7,000 Lakhs for the financial year ended 31st March, 2015 as compared to `
8,980 Lakhs for the previous year, a decrease by 22%. 32 Brigade Enterprises Limited The
consolidated revenue for the Company for the financial year 2014-15 was ` 1,33,084 Lakhs as
compared to ` 96,669 Lakhs in the previous year, a growth of 38% on year-on-year basis.
EBITDA increased from ` 31,842 Lakhs in the previous year to ` 40,305 lakhs, for the
financial year 2014-15, an increase of 27%. Profit after tax was at ` 11,495 Lakhs for the

financial year ended 31st March, 2015 as compared to ` 8,895 Lakhs for the previous year, an
increase by 29%.

DIVIDEND:
The Board of Directors of the Company have recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.00 (Rupees
Two only) (20%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each which is subject to the approval of the
Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The total payment on
account of Dividend (including Dividend Tax) shall be Rs. 2,706 Lakhs.
