Course Outcomes
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
1. Define the basic legal requirements relating to business law in Malaysia.
2. Recognize the basis of a valid contract and its implications.
3. Apply the legal principles in solving relevant problems.

Course Description
This course provides an overview of the major aspects of business law. Topics covered
are legal aspects of business organization, law of contract, law of agency, hire purchase,
sale of goods and negotiable instruments.
