2. Download the three files with the following links. If you cannot download them directly from this file, you can

3. Open the CopyRightAgreement.doc you downloaded. Type down the corresponding authors name and the
title of the article if you agree with the terms. Only corresponding authors name is enough.
4. Proofread your article again and follow format of downloaded file named Final_Template_Sample.doc to reformat your article again into your final paper. Remember format your article just in this document section by
section. Don't try to adjust your old document. DON'T change the letter head and the number at the bottom.
5. Compare your articles format with Final_Template_Sample.doc. Make sure the format is right.
6. When you save your final paper and copyright agreement, please use the article title the file name. You need to
return three files back to IISTE.
a. The Full Title of your Article_ CopyRightAgreement.doc (Preferably a Microsoft Word file)
b. The Full Title of your Article.doc
(Must be a Microsoft Word file)
c. Publication fee payment.pdf
(Preferably a PDF, but can be any readable file)
7. In the EMAIL BODY, please write down in your full address for shipping the paper versions of the journals
via normal postal service (if you paid for the paper versions).
8. Just reply the acceptance email and attach the three files TOGETHER. Dont send the three files
separately. You DONT need to change the title of this email when you reply the email or zip the 3 files.
Your final paper will be proofread by IISTE editor. However, you are responsible for any error in the published paper
due to your oversight and making changes after publication is subject to a processing charge. If you submit your
CORRECT final paper as mentioned in the acceptance letter, you article can appear in the next Issue of the journal,
otherwise, the publication of your paper may be delayed.

PUBLICATION TIME AND PAPER VERSIONS
1. I cannot download/open the files mentioned on the 1st page of this file. Can you help?
Answer: If you cannot download them directly from this file, you can copy and paste the links into your browser
one by one so you can download them in your browser. Alternatively, you can contact the editor by JUST
replying this email. Dont change the email title.
2. When will be the article published? Where is the journal published?
Answer: Usually on the last day of a month. If it is a weekend, the article will be online in the nearest business
day. IISTE is a publisher in the United States and your article will be published in the United States. We also
have business practice in Europe (London) and Asia (Hong Kong).
3. I cannot send the files required before the end of this month. Can I request an extension of time to prepare the
files?
Answer: Yes. You can send the files to the editor once they are finalized. Theres no deadline for sending the
files but the time you send the files will affect the publication schedule of the article.
4. Whats the sort number or ID number or serial number of my article?
Answer: You dont need to use any numbers. We use the corresponding authors email to track all the details.
5. What the paper version of the journal looks like?
Answer: The paper version has a plastic color cover with all the articles in that volume. Your article and others
ones will appear in the same paper version.
6. What shall the author do if he/she wants to order extra paper versions (more than 3 copies)?
Answer: Email the editor to check the availability and get a quick quote.
7. When will be the paper versions printed and shipped?
Answer: We start printing the paper versions within 7 days after the online publication and SEND the envelope
OUT FROM the printing facility 22 to 25 days AFTER the online publication.
8. When will authors receive their paper versions?
Answer: It depends on the shipping address. Authors from North America/European countries usually can
receive their package earlier than other authors. Also, it largely depends on how your local postal service
handles international mails. In some country, the receiver will get a voucher from the local postal service and
the envelope can be collected in the post office. Others may deliver the envelope directly to the address. Please
give the shipping process at least 4-6 weeks from the sending out time from our printing facility.
9. How will be the paper versions shipped? Besides normal Airmail, can I choose to use courier service, such as
DHL/FedEx/TNT?
Answer: We use Airmail, the standard mail for cross-border shipping and theres no tracking number or
reference number. Its normally handled by your local postal service so please make sure leave a
understandable address for your local postman. However, you can choose to use DHL/FedEx/TNT shipping
(pay an extra 160 USD for using these services). In this case, you need to send the editor a non-P.O. box
address with your local cell phone number.
10. Can I leave multiple addresses to the editors?
Answer: No, for each paper, only one shipping address would be accepted. If one corresponding author has
multiple articles published at the same time, all the paper versions would be sent together in one email

11. Can I use color figures / Tables in the article?
Answer: Yes. But we suggest you adjust the colors and their contrasts in the figures / tables carefully so even
the readers print it a black-and-white print, the meaning of your figures/tables still can be interpreted correctly.
Please note that the paper version of the journal will be black and white with a color cover.
12. Can I make minor changes of the title of my accepted article?
Answer: Depends. You need to make sure the new / old versions have the same or similar meaning.

13. Can I change the way I write my name in my final paper?


Answer: Yes. Its quite understandable. Authors from different countries and culture background have various
ways of writing their names and using initials. But we recommend you to use your most commonly used name
in your existing publications. We also suggest you write your name in FirstName LastName order.
14. Can I add extra names into my final paper?
Answer: It depends. You are allowed if and only if the new names have contributions towards the completion of
the article.
15. Shall all the names appear on the copyright agreement? Can the corresponding author sign the agreement on
the behalf of all other authors?
Answer: Yes. The corresponding author can sign the agreement on the behalf of all the authors.
16. Do I still hold the intellectual property rights of my research result after signing the copyright agreement?
Answer: The role of IISTE is only disseminating knowledge. We only publish academic articles / books and we
dont hold the rights of your research results.
17. What should I do if I want to make changes in my final papers but I already submitted my final paper to the editor?
Answer: You need to contact the editor as soon as possible to see if theres any chance to make a replacement.
However, the replacement cannot be guaranteed.
18. What format and file type should I use?

Answer: For the final version paper: use MICROSOFT WORD format. The template is given on the 1 page of
this document. For the publication fee payment receipt / copyright form, you can use any format you prefer
(such as Word, PDF or images) but they have to be readable.
PUBLICATION FEE PAYMENT
19. What options are available to make the publication fee payment?
Answer: Credit Card payment (online at www.iiste.org/payment.html) or Bank Wire Transfer (use the

information in the 1 page). In some cases, we support Western Union / MoneyGram upon the request of the
authors and you need to ask the editor for the details.
20. Can I ask my friends/relatives to finish the payment on my behalf using his/her credit card?
Answer: Yes. You can let he/she pay the fee here first: http://www.iiste.org/payment After the payment, he/she
will get a payment confirmation via email and he/she can forward it to you. You can use the email as the
payment receipt.
21. Whats the publication fee payment receipt?
Answer: In the Credit Card payment, the author will see a payment is successful page and receive a
confirmation email. Either of them can be used as the payment receipt. For the wire transfer method, the author
usually will receive a piece of paper indicating the payment is successful from the bank. It can be used as a
payment receipt.
22. Who are responsible for the transaction fee charged by the bank when I make the wire transfer?
Answer: The authors are required to pay any transaction fee charged by the banks on their sides.
23. Can I ask my friends/relatives to finish the payment on my behalf using Wire Transfer?
Answer: Yes. The process is the same. When he/she finished the payment, he/she should give you the
payment receipt they received from the bank and you need to send it to the editor along with your final version
article and the copyright form.
24. Do I need a reference ID to make the payment? Do can I make sure the payment is made for a certain paper?
Answer: By the payment receipt. We dont use reference number. Instead, we use the information listed on
the payment receipt (senders names, date, bank, etc) to match the payment record.
If you still need one, you can use the date you submit your article as the reference number. For example, you

submitted your article on June 15 , 2012 and you can use 06152012 directly in the payment.
25. Why IISTE use a Hong Kong account?
Answer: We are a U.S. publisher, but we have practice in Europe and Hong Kong. The Hong Kong account is
used for taxation reasons.

26. If I have more than one articles accepted at the same time, can I pay for the publication fee for all the articles
TOGETHER with ONE transaction?
Answer: Yes. You can use ONE transaction to pay for MULTIPLE accepted articles at the same time. But when
you send your files to the editor, please explain clearly which articles you are referring to.

27. Besides the final paper, what should be included in my email to the editor?
Answer: You HAVE TO send three files TOGETHER: 1) The Full Title of your article_CopyRightAgreement.doc
2) The Full Title of your Article.doc and 3) Publication fee payment.pdf; Sending files separately will delay the
publication process.
28. The amount I want to pay is not available in the Credit Card payment page, what should I do?
Answer: Choose the Customize amount 1 USD. On this page: http://www.iiste.org/payment, click the add to
cart button. You can adjust the quantity so you can pay any amount you want to.
29. My country is not listed in the Credit Card payment page, what should I do?
Answer: Please use the WIRE TRANSFER method and dont try to pay it with your credit card. Its just because
that our system is not perfect and we are still upgrading it. (For authors from some countries like Pakistan, Iran,
etc, the credit card option is not available and wire transfer has to be used) However, authors located in some
regions, like Nigeria, can register their card with Paypal and use the Paypal to pay the charge with the online

options mentioned on the 1 page of this document.
30. Can I request an invoice for payment or reimbursement purpose?
Answer: Yes, you can request one. Just contact the editor by directly replying the acceptance email. It can be
issued before and after the publication of the article.
31. I can use neither Wire Transfer nor Credit Card payment, but I can use Western Union / MoneyGram, how can I
send the money?
Answer: You need to contact the editor to request more information about Western Union / MoneyGram
receivers information.

32. My university has different standards of the acceptance letter. Can you help?
Answer: Please tell the editor your demands and standards so we can arrange it for you.
33. I need other documents and/or certificate. Can you help?
