Minutes:
The meeting was Chaired by Russell Gray who welcomed the gathering and briefed on
the mediation agreement made between him and the Council; and history leading to the
mediation stage.

Discussion on means of collating information from the public, covering different sections
to understand the needs of the community at large. Online questionnaire to be published
on new OBVNF website oldberondseyforum.org
6.40pm Agenda
Election of new chair
Minutes:
One of the mediation requirements was to elect a new chair for the OBVNF group. The
Chair called for anyone to put themselves forward as a candidate for election. This
invitation was also made by email to all of BVAGs 700 odd email subscribers prior to the
meeting.
Amy Carruthers was the single candidate who was willing to stand for election. A show
of hands was called for if anyone else wishes to oppose to object. None voted against and
Amy Carruthers was elected as the Chair for OBVNF in accordance with the groups
constitution.
6.50pm Discussion on application process for DCLGs Neighbourhood Planning Grant and
support.
6.55pm Meeting agendas resolved. Agendas and venues for next meeting discussed.
