I love this idea of providing a standardized nursing report


sheet. Points were deducted for lack of tools utilized in
providing this learning plan. I see what you are saying, it is
just a little vague. For example, you could have stated
"Excel will be utilized to provide a standard nursing report
sheet for the staff on the medical/oncology unit". You need
to proof read your paper. There were multiple spelling errors
and punctuation errors.
