approved layout drawings, Clarification of Technical details and fulfillment of payment.

b. We shall not be responsible for delay in delivery of material if the payment terms are not observed or if all
technical details are not settled at the time of order or the layout drawing are not return to us with your approval.
c. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay due to any cause beyond our reasonable control
including embargoes, acts of government, strike, lockouts, fire accident, theft, civil commotion, war,
malicious mischief or act of god or act of any third part. Should damage occurred to our materials, tools or
works on the premises from any such cause, you shall compensate us.
3) Product Quality Guarantee
We offer guarantee of material for a period of one year, we shall replace any part found defunct or worn-out
to normal wear and tear.
4) Validity of the quotation
The estimate validity of this quotation is

30 days from the date of this offer.
