Andrs cuntanos un poco de la
marca en sus inicios:
Espacio Luxury se crea hace algunos
aos con el objetivo de convertirnos
en un medio de publicidad para
hoteles y restaurantes. Primero
lanzamos nuestros medios escritos
como las guas, posteriormente los
libros de lujo y esta revista. Ms
adelante conforme la tecnologa
iba avanzando, los medios virtuales
como el newsletter y fanpage. De esta
forma mostrbamos a los lectores
las bondades de nuestros clientes
hoteleros y gastronmicos.

Fuerza de ventas?
Sales Force?
Yes, especially for our hotels. As I mentioned, now on days our customer partners
want more than effective communication, they want to be able to measure their
ROI, and the only way to accomplish this is by generating business through our
own sales channel. This is why we decided to create a team that sales our hotels
products and services. Today we are a sort of BROKER for hotels and soon well
do the same for our restaurants.
We grew pretty fast, and today we have a regional sales force of 13 people,
were expecting to assign at least 20 sales associates all around Latin America
by the end of the year. This is a great asset for our hotels because it is like having
representatives in several different countries and cities where they didnt have
presence before. As a matter of fact we have just hire a very strong corporate
sales team in Lima, Peru where our headquarters are.
Entonces, ahora?
Well, for starters, that is why we needed to change our brands name from ESPACIO
LUXURY to ESPACIO HOTELS and/or ESPACIO RESTAURANTS accordingly.
Ahora como vers ya no solo somos una empresa de Branding, sino tambin de
ventas y de gestin comercial ya que, aparte de los servicios que e coment,
realizamos convenios y alianzas para todos nuestros asociados. Por ejemplo,
hace un ao firmamos una alianza con LANPASS y estamos en conversaciones
con una empresa Espaola muy grande a nivel mundial para ser unos excelentes
aliados estratgicos. Pronto les hare saber.

So, as you can see, we are not longer just a branding and advertisement
company, now we also have a Sales & Marketing structure which not only allow
us to generate measurable sales, it also allows our members to enjoy all of our
alliances and services. For example, as I mentioned on our previous volume, a
year ago we signed an alliance with LATAM, and right now we are working on an
alliance with huge worldwide known Spanish company. We will talk about it soon.
