THE DISPUTE OVER THE BELIEF OF

OMNIPOTENCE AND
OMNIVOLENCE FOR GHAIRULLAL
AND ENGINEER ALI MIRZA. A
CRITICAL REFUTATIONS OF SOME
CONTENTS OF HIS LECTURES.
PART 1
Engineer Ali Mirza in some of his lectures claimed that there is no dispute [ of him]
with a [ heretic] sect which believes that Prophets and Saints do possess the
Attributes/Qualities of Omnipotence [Absolute Power/ Al Qudratul Kulliah] and
Omnivolence [Al Ikhtiyar Al Kull]. Unfortunately Ali Mirza attempts to shew that
there is no dispute in all Muslim Sects over the isuue. But this is misleading. Since
this is just an agreement between Ali Mirza and the Heretic Sect which claims to be
Ahlussunnah but actually this sect is not.
How ever Engineer Ali Mirza accepts the dispute with this sect that It is not
permitable to Pray to Ghairullah.
This does imply two Knowledgical Points [Points of Knowledge].
1] Ali Mirza [and his founded sect] is also Heretic since they agree with a Heretic
sect on one of the fundamental issues of controversy between Real and True
Ahlussunnah Sects and this Heretic sect.
2] Ali Miraz does differentiate between To Worship Ghairullah and to Pray to
Ghairullah.
The truth is that Engineer Ali: Mirza is in gross error. The dispute between True
Ahlussunnah and false claimant of Ahlussunnah are on both issue which are given
as follow:=
1] It is Shirk to Pray to Ghairullah.
2] It is Shirk to believe that a Ghairullah is attributed by Omni-Attributes like
Omnipotence and Omnivolence.
Ali: Mirza however deny the Second belief to be shirk and he does confess that
there is no dispute [of him] with the heretic sect on Attributing these two Attributes
to some Ghairullah like Prophets and Saints.

This sect if not a Polytheist does have some Polytheistic tendencies and the very
same is true for the Engineer Ali Mirza and the Sect founded by him [which he
claims to be a No- Sect].
So Engineer Ali: Mirza: accepts one of the two heretic believes of the false
claimants of being Ahlussunnah and rejects the other.
We shall discuss the problem in some Preliminaries:=
First Preliminary:=
There are Two Types of Attributes.
1] Communicable Attributes.
2] Incommunicable Attributes.
Communicable Attributes are those which are divisible into two types:=
1.1]Essential Attributes.
1.2] Non Essential Attributes.
Essential Attributes are Only For the Divine Essence [ALL-H]. To believe Essential
Attributes for Non-Divine [Created] Essences is a Shirk.
Similarly it is an equal Shirk to believe a Non-Essential [Bestowed]for Divine
Essence [ALL-H].
The Incommunicable Attributes are not divisible into two types stated above.
They are of two types:
2.1] Pure Essential Atrributes. [Incommunicable Attributes For Divine Essence]
2.2] Pure Non Essential Attributes. [Incommunicable Attributes For Non- Divine
Essences]

The first one of this type is only for the Divine Essence. They are not divited into
Essential and Non Essential Attribiutes. One who believes that a kind of it is
bestowed and is possessed by some Ghairullah cannot escape from Shirk.
It is Shirk to believe any supposed type of this Attribute for Ghaiullah.
For Example Ar R-bu:biah. It is not divisible in Essential and Non Essential
Attributes.
So to believe that:=

2.1.1] A Ghairullah Who So Ever that Ghairullah May be is a Ar-Rabb is a Shirk
whether some one believes about a Ghairulluah that he[she] is an Essential Rabb or
a Bestowed Rabb.
2.1.2] Similarly it is Shirk to believe that a Ghairullah is ascribed by Essential Ar
Rabu:biah , and it is an equal Shirk to believe that a Ghairullah is attributed by a
Non Essential Ar Rabu:biah.
Similarly to believe that Divine Essence is Anthropomorphic is Shirk whether
Anthropomorphism is believed to be Essential or Non Essential.
The heretic sect however does not believe in Incommunicable Attributes For Divine
Essence [Divinity/Deity/ALL-H/God].
So they believe that if AN ATTRIBUTE is believed to be Essential for Divine Essence
then it is not Shirk if the Attribute is believed to be Bestowed for Non Divine
Essence.
[ The word Essential is used in a General Meaning Which When Used for the
Attributes of Deity/Divinity] includeth both types of Divine Attributes Essential [in
Strict and Specific Meaning] Attributes and Active Attributes.]
Second Preliminary:
Omnipotence,Omnipotence,Omnivolence,to Create Ex Nihilo are Incommunicable
Attrributes and are not divisible in Essential [Adh:dh:a:ti:] and Non Essential
[Ghairudh: Dh:a:ti:].
Like Ilm Al Ghaib etc.
So it is clear that Engineer Ali Mirza: tried to mislead his audience when he says
that there is no dispute over the belief that Ghairullah can possess the Attribute/
Quality of Omnivolence [Omnivolens]] but of bestowed type is also a Shirk. Since
Omnivolence is an Incommunicable Attribute as stated above.
This also shews that Engineer Ali Mirza is attributed by ambivalence.
It must also be noted that Engineer Ali: Mirza: wants to convince his audiences that
those how claim that Omnivolence and Omnipotence are Incommunicable Attributes
for
Divine Essence are in error and are emphasizing a non issue.
This is very dangerous scheme.
He try to convince his audiences that Prophets and Saints do posses both Attributes
Omnivolence and Omnipotence yet it is Prohibited by the Law of Divine Essence
[ALL-H] to Pray [Dua] to them for any purpose what so ever.

But Engineer Ali: Mirza: Of Jhelum City did neglect that to believe in such Attributes
is an Independent Shirk.
So Engineer Ali Mirza does possess Tentencies of Shirk. One may also see that
Engineer Of Jhelum does believe that Ilm Al Ghaib is ALSO Not an Incommunicable
Attribute For Deity.
Third Preliminary:=
It is probable that one there was a simple minded person who could not study deep
into the concepts and was unable to perceive the consequences of his sentences.
It may be noted that this simple minded person was of the view that Dajja:l shall
have supernatural Powers like to cause rain , to make a killed person to resurrect
etc.
Astonished by such traditions this person made the opinion that such Attributes are
not Incommunicable Attributes For Deity. He adopted the view of the heretic sect
stated above that there are no Incommunicable Attributes for Deity . He was only
satisfied by the division of Essential and Non Essential.
It was stated that it is impossible for Dajja:l to possess such Attributes. All the feats
of Dajja:l shall be any one of the followings:
1] Magic.
2] Hypnosis.
3] Science
4] Deceiving Tactics
4] A combination of any two or any three or ALL of the them.
For Example Dajja:l shall not have any power ascribed to his person to cause rain
however he shall use scientific methods to cause rain probably more advance then
the methods of artificial rain , of present days.
Similarly to cause some one [rather only one] person to resurrect shall be an event
of Medical Science.
But this method shall not be successful after its only practical example.
The response of the simple minded person was that these explanations of magic or
science is not found in Traditions.
The second refutation was that although it is not explicitly stated in traditions BUT
as it is certain that such Attributes are impossible and Shirk for any Ghairullah ,so
the explanations which can sove the appearent insolubles should be accepted , and

no one is allowed to deny the Incommunicability of these Attributes. How ever
unwillingly but even a simple minded person like him was compelled to accept it.
Unfortunately it may be the case that this simple minded person injected his
heretical views to his alleged student Engineer Ali: Mirza: .
One may differentiate between the Attributes ascribed to the Essence [Adh: Dh:a:t]
of a Person [Shakh:s:] AND the Scientific Techniques used by the person.
For example a pilot does not have a Personal Power to fly but can fly an aero-plane.
Similarly a magician or a sorcerer cannot have power to do so but when he performs
magic things happen with out his Personal Powers just by the consequences of
Magic and sorcery.
So the response to this problem is that this is the only possible explanation of such
events since Omnipotence and Omnivolence are the incommunicable ATTRIBUTES
for Deity. So they are necessary TO ACCEPT since there is no acceptable alternative
explanation.
So Dajja:l shall be Powerless and shall not have supernatural and extra ordinary
Powers but shall use Magic, Sorcery ,Istadra:j, Hypnosis, Science etc.

Third Preliminary:=
So the dispute with the [Former]Heretic Sect is on two issues discussed above.
The dispute with the latter Heretic Sect [Ali Mirzaism/Jhelumism/Engineerism] is o
one issue.
Both issue are independent issues. To accept any one of them is a Shirk. Actually it
appears that Engineer Ali Mirza of Jhelum got this idea from the telephonic simple
minded teacher that to ascribe Omnivolence to any Ghairullah is not Shirk but TO
Pray to Ghairullah is Shirk, as in the case of Dajja:l.
I may self was once confronted by such minds [while travelling] and they did not
hear the proper response. It may be the case that they were the followers of
Alimirzaism the sect founded by Ali Mirza: of Jhelum.
Forth Preliminary:
We shall provide a Rational Proof of the believe that Holy Prophet is neither
Omnivolent nor Omnipotent in the second part of refutation of Ali Mirza:
But it is evident that Ali Mirza: believes that:-=

1] Some Ghairullah Are Omnipotent and Omnivolent. This is not Shirk according to
him.
2] How ever he does accept that To pray to Ghairullah for any purpose what so
ever is a permissible
However he does not consider this as Shirk that one prays to any Ghairullah or calls for help in events beyond reason [Ma:
Fauqal Asba:b] . Since he does not declare Ghula:m Rsu:l Sai:di: as Mushrik rather he compares him with Saiyiduna: Umar Bin
AbdulAzi:z [RH:].
But in his works like TABYA:N AlL QURA:N, TAUD:IH:UL BAYA:N, SHARH: MIUSLIM ,NIMTUL BARI one may see many tendencies of
Shirk.
But the telephonic teacher Zubair Ali: Zai was a good critic of Ghula:m Rasu:l Sai:di:
Actually Engineer Ali Mrza: hates Saiyiduna: Umar Bin abdul Azi:z for he was also From Banu: Umaiyah, but due to his Noble
Character he took an indirect approach to disgrace him. He compared Siyiduna: Umar Bin Abdul Azi:z with Ghula:m Rsu:l
Sai:di. A certain disgrace of Saiyiduna: Umar Bin Abdul Azi:z RD:, since Ghula:m Rsu:l Sai:di: believed that it is permitted to
ask for help in the domain of beyond reasons, and that Holy Prophet is Omnipresent [H:ad:ir Va Naz:ir] etc.

A request to The Followers Of Ali: Mirza:

For the SAKE OF ALL-H SUBH:AN-HU: VA


TAA:LA: PLEASE STUDY THE BOOKS OF THE
ARCH HERETIC GHU:LA:M RASU:L SAIDI: AND
THEN DECIDE YOUR SELVES WHATE HE IS
COMPARABLE TO UMAR BIN ABDILA AZI:Z
IN REGARD TO RIGHTEOUSNESS OR NOT.

CONCLUSION:=
Engineer Ali: Mirza has once again misleaded his audience and viewers , about a
certain Shirk.
Also be misleaded them about Ghula:m Rasu:l Sai:di:.
If he had cited that his former teacher has criticized in his monthly Al H:adith: and
which are lattrer published in his Maqa:la:t, HIS comparison MUST HAVE EXPLODED.

This constitutes an other proof that Engineer Ali: Mirza is not Trustworthy.
