Motivation and Introduction:
1. Introduce the lesson.

Today we are going to be making our NAIDOC designs.

2. Instructions:

Dont forget we will need to include one of the 3 elements

of design we have discussed this semester. LINE,
COLOUR or TEXTURE.

Each group will first go away and discuss what materials they
are using and what paint colours if they are painting.

People who are painting, ONE person from each group will
need to come and see me to tell me what colour paint you will
need so that I can get the colours ready for your group.

Groups who are painting will need to draw their design onto
their card and THEN paint their design. That way we will not
have mistakes as we can rub the pencil out.

Each table will need to be covered in newspaper, as we do

not want any paint on the tables.

If I see anybody misusing the paint in any way, shape or form

I will confiscate it from you and you will have to sit out and do
some maths or something else, away from your group.

Every group will need to work on their animal design today

and we will also have next Friday as a finish off lesson.
