Developed as a destination sports complex

for a variety of indoor/outdoor sport teams.

Dedicates this entertainment venue for use

as a world-class entertainment, concert,
and non-profit fundraising space.

Future entertainment contracts will be from

local and national event coordinators and

Business Partnership
Ownership interests

Term of the Partnership

1. 7th NOTE Productions shall secure all permits

related to this business, licenses, install equipment,
furniture and fixtures for operation of new business.
2. NEXUS shall own all buildings, lots for parking rental
agreements.

Commence on 7-21-2015 and continue

in existence until 2019, unless it is
sooner terminated, liquidated or
dissolved as approved herein.

Contributions to Partnership
7th NOTE Productions: market, contract, operate,
design entertainment areas as needed, secure all
permits and (liquor license), book talent and
advertise as needed in traditional, new media, and
use all social and emerging or in development media
for said new business.

NEXUS contributions to include blueprints, contracts to

build facility to specs, all needed documentation, land
ownership agreement, insurances, rent agreements,
County clearance, California documentation, and investor
monies to develop and keep NEXUS property operational.
Electricity from direct lines, loading ramps as needed, ADA
compliance, emergency generator, Health & OSHA
compliance.

The NEXUS 7th NOTE Collaboration will make available and can include:

Partnership Offerings
We will also setup the NEXUS luxury sports fields to rent for full indoor seasons.
World-class entertainers will have use of the Venue for recording on nights and
weekends that they perform. We will offer some high profile VIP reservations at
NEXUS to bring additional tourists and locals to NEXUS Sports & entertainment
venue.
This successful endeavor will include renting the space to the Sports Network, who will
employ extra personnel during their show broadcast, plus add tax revenue to our citys
coffers, and we will have food service for all events.
Finally, we at 7th NOTE Productions knew when President Barack Obama stated on
Jan. 25th 2011 that there will be tax incentives for new business and tax breaks for
new equipment purchases, that the opportunity for you to invest is now.
We will grow, prosper and add a indoor year round sports complex and a new
entertainment element to the community of Santa Cruz and the surrounding Central
Coast Region.
