Description:
Performance Appraisal system is used to evaluate each employee in the organization. Managers
will start the appraisal process by asking the objectives and star culture, this will send a
notification mail to employee and they have to update those objectives and star cultures by
giving self ratings. After the self rating process, employee will send it for their Managers review
and Manager may either accept the employees self rating or can give a new rating all together.
Based on these ratings, every Manager will be allocated some budget for the employees salary
hike. Using Performance Management screens, Managers can enter Salary and Bonus percentage
increase values to see if the total allocated budget is utilized properly. Mangers can see the Over
budget and Under budget notifications while entering the percentage values in the screens. Once
Manager feels the budget is allocated successfully they can then save the data from screens and
the same will be notified to their Managers by means of emails. The process will continue until
the top level Manager accepts the Salary and Bonus details.
