Development. Recruiting - all about hiring people, put the right person on the right place on the organization
in term of skills and experience. This includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, determine
standard of competence in each position, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, testing
interviewing and selecting candidates. (I accustomed to administer classical psychological test for recruitment
with amount of participants more than 100 people) Training - assess the training needs of the employees,
identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, and facilitate schemes
and arrange training days

Sysmex is the worlds largest supplier of hematology instrumentation. Sysmex provide laboratory testing
instruments and reagents, as well as after-sales support, to medical institutions in more than 160 countries
around the world. Sysmex offers a broad range of diagnostic products in the hematology, hemostasis,
urinalysis, chemistry and life science fields. As HRGA Staff, my responsibilities include: - Handling
recruitment process for all level positions throughout the Company - Searching the best suitable candidate
from Internet, Head hunters, reference and coordinate with user manager - Analyzing the information
provided on a prospective employee's application form - Conduct a personal interview - Work closely with
external testing vendor and update the test result - Conduct relationship with selected universities in order
to develop corporate brand value as well as to develop possible sourcing pool - Maintain and updating
the employees database - Making monthly payroll report - Making medical claims and insurance report Ensuring process compensation and benefit - Monitoring staff attendance daily activities, annual leaves and
other leaves
