Selected Achievements
♦ Led 4M square foot corporate campus consolidation project that substantially reduced vacancy,
reconnected a dispersed employee population, and enabled $1.5M in annual operational savings.
Managed overall schedule and cost within a framework that provided a customer-responsive
approach for managing change requests. Implemented project controls that allowed the team to
identify upstream/downstream impacts. Project completed successfully with 95% customer
satisfaction score and on time. Received Shining Star Recognition.
♦ Key member of team that successfully subleased 300K sf of surplus office space. Assisted the
transactions team in developing space layouts, design and cost estimates to achieve multi-tenant
building requirements, and leasing documents.
♦ Managed fast track project to demise a building and provide secured access for all tenants on time
and under budget. Project completed $30K under budget through collaboration with facilities
management and corporate security to re-purpose materials avoiding long lead times allowing the
project to be completed in 3 weeks.
♦ Implemented new retail store brand concept from design through value engineering and punch for
14 locations across the country in under 8 months. The flagship store in Ft Myers FL was awarded
“Chain Store Age Retail Store Design of the Year 2007”.
♦ Managed a national tenant finish account, increased the number of bids awarded fourfold and the
profit margin by 10%.
♦ Provided subject matter expertise to support the implementation of Timberline modules that resulted
in fully integrated management and reporting on project performance and job costs.
