you have provided us only 3 single rooms
for our stay and without sufficient number
of bath rooms w.cs. The state of the
ashrams are not disclosed to us on your
announcement or by your coach super
visions and we are made to rush to upper
floor by a narrow staircase it is also known
to you that about 50% of the tourist of our
tour are above 60 year of age and above
are also 25% of them are handicapped and
are under to walk properly.

It is observed that the security of the

belongings when we are away on sightseeing, is laebing and that of our
baggages are noticed. To cite the same
passenger no.209 of compartment no.6 has
lost his bag containing camera, mobile,
money, etc. the same is also brought to
your notice by us.

complaint as the locker is

The quality of the food is very low, you are

everyday serving food items of potatoes
and brinjals which requires some
modifications.
