provided by you. KINPOE does not accept any liability for the late or non-delivery of this letter.
5. MOBILE PHONES are strictly prohibited at the test centre on the test day. Switch off the mobile phone and keep
it in pocket/bag. Use of mobile as calculator is not allowed.
6. Calculators are allowed but borrowing of calculator is not allowed.
7. Candidate will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before half the time is lapsed.

POST DIPLOMA TRAINING PROGRAM (NUCLEAR POWER PLANT TECHNOLOGY)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS

PDTP

Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) offers one-year Post Diploma Training Program (PDTP) in
Nuclear Power Plant Technology. The program will include three semesters of classroom teaching, lab work
and on-job-training. Passing in all three semesters is required for successful training.
1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Any Pakistani or AJK Nationals who fulfill the following criteria:
a) 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) recognized by any Provincial Board of Technical
Education with first division (i.e. minimum 60% marks) in SSC and DAE in any one of the following
technologies:
1. Chemical
2. Civil
3. Computer
4. Electrical
5. Electronics
6. Instrumentation
7. Mechanical
Candidates having Diploma in any other field must have to attach Equivalence Certificate from
respective Board of Technical Education stating that their DAE is equivalent to any one of the
above advertised fields for employment. OR
b) 2-year Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with combination of Physics and Math or Chemistry and
Math from a University recognized by HEC with First division (i.e. at least 60 % marks) in SSC, HSC (Pre
Engineering only) and B.Sc. In case of semester system, CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 is required.
Candidates appearing in their final exam may also apply but they must have passed in first division by
March 31, 2017.
Maximum age is 25 years on June 03, 2016.
2. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
a) Candidates can apply Online at www.kinpoe.edu.pk (Follow the instructions given on website to fill
the form online).
b) Candidates can also apply by post. Application Form and Admit Card are available for download
at KINPOE website.
c) The application processing fee (non-refundable) for online submission of application is Rs. 600/- and
for submission by post is Rs. 800/- .
d) Application Processing fee (Rs. 600/- for online and Rs. 800/- for those applying by post) must be
deposited either in
KINPOE Online Account No. 4097253197 (Title of Account: KINPOE, KNPC, Karachi) National Bank
of Pakistan (NBP), KANUPP Branch (Branch Code No. 0152), Karachi
OR
KINPOE Online Account No. 0541650500927 (Title of Account: KINPOE ADMISSION FEE
ACCOUNT), Askari Bank, SITE Branch (Branch Code No. 0054), Karachi.
e) Application Form and Admit Card duly completed along with two self-addressed envelopes with
contact number affixed with postal stamps of Rs. 20/- on each envelope and online Bank receipt as
application processing fee must reach the following address not later than June 03, 2016.
f)

Candidates presently serving in Government / Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous organizations must

apply through proper channel.

g) You must keep a photocopy of the Application form, Admit Card and the Bank slip with you. It may
be required later.
Note: Candidates presently serving in Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organisations must
apply through proper channel. No stipend will be paid to them.
3. APPLICATION PROCESSING PROCEDURE

After processing of the Application, the Admit Card will be returned only to the eligible candidates
to appear in the Written Test with Time & addresses of the test centres. Candidates may see the
status of their application at our website.

It is also possible that we have not received your Application because of some reasons. If you fulfil
all the advertised criteria and your name is not in our website, then bring the photocopies of your
Application Form, Bank Draft and original National Identity Card at the Test Center on the Test day.
We will let you appear in the Test on the condition that you will send us the Bank Draft before the
Interview.

No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
